I am not even sure words can even describe the experience we had with Zazous. From the moment we walked in the store, it was the best customer services I have received. Zazous was the first store I had went to to try on wedding dresses. I was so unsure of what I wanted or was even interested in, but the ladies there made me feel so at ease and relieved any anxiety I had going into the process of finding the perfect dress. With each dress I tried on, I felt listened to and completely understood. From my feedback, they would instantly pull another dress that fit with my feedback and got me closer to the dress I was searching for. I truly felt like they cared and that was important to me! I found the dress that I absolutely fell in love with but part of me in all honestly chose my dress because of the service I received as well! The service in part made me want to purchase from them! We not only had great experience with finding my wedding dress, but we also ended up getting our bridesmaid dresses and tuxes through Zazous as well. Throughout the entire process I felt cared for and that my day was the most important day. The ladies there listened to what we were envisioning but also helped with their own feedback of how to make our day even that much better! We did a teal ombre for our colors in which we had four different shades of teal. With this, the ladies did an amazing job of matching the bridesmaid dresses with the tuxes! They did not do this lightly and truly got each of the colors to match wonderfully!

Throughout the entire process, communication was wonderful which made the process flow so much easier. Any concern we had was handled without ease and made things work so smoothly!

Let’s just start off by saying I NEVER write reviews. (I think this is my first one ever). I cannot even begin to describe the amazing experience I had at Zazou’s bridal. We worked with Maddie who is not only is very knowledgeable in her role, but she makes dress shopping an an overall enjoyable experience. Maddie provided excellent customer service from the moment we stepped in till the moment we left. She takes the time to get to know you and your party, she is excellent at considering your interests while also gaging what designs and styles might work with you based on your feedback and what you browse for. Most importantly, she is patient throughout the entire process, she let us look through the rack as long as we wanted and I cannot tell you how many dresses I tried on and then back on again without any hesitation from her. If anything, she encouraged it! She provided amazing feedback about each dress and tips for alterations. Also, the other ladies in the shop have all of these great qualities and more, they have the best personalities and really make you feel special during this experience. They even allowed us to come back later that SAME day without prior notice to re-try on some dresses. Prices were very reasonable with a wide array of dresses and styles (I was on a budget and still had SO many options).Words cannot describe how great this place is. These ladies made my first dress shopping experience one I’ll remember for a lifetime. They have my business for every other bridal/tux need for my wedding and I will be highly recommending this place to every newly engaged couple near and far. LOVE...

My shopping experience and picking out my wedding dress was great. However, my dress somehow got ordered incorrectly (not something you’d expect when spending thousands on a dress). It was supposed to be unlined and it was ordered lined, which caused it to look like a completely different dress. I reached out to Zazous after I realized how truly different it was, they confirmed that it was ordered incorrect and they told me it would be an “easy” fix. The owner offered to cover the charge of the alterations needed to take all of the extra lining out and sent me to I Do bridal alterations (highly recommend!). The “easy” fix took them completely reconstructing the entire top half of my dress, taking out the padding, boning, belt (that holds the dress up) and more. Due to this, I was unable to pick my dress up until 2 days prior to my wedding (no fault of the seamstress, it truly was much larger of a job than ever expected). It also caused my dress to lose majority of the support it originally had, which in turn made my whole chest hang out all night. I appreciate them covering the cost, but it was their mistake… had it been ordered correctly, this all could’ve been avoided. Advice to all brides- check your dress thoroughly when picking up!
