Really despise the fact that the Asians own this establishment, but have these Hispanic young people running it. I purchased some lashes never opened them, realized I purchased the wrong ones. Wanted to bring them back to EXCHANGE not money back EXCHANGE them. I threw away the receipt because I didn’t think I needed it. I purchase from here all the time spending a lot of money each time. I was told without the receipt I can’t exchange them due to inventory. Your inventory should still add up the same because now you’re returning these and taking these out. It’s still the same, plus you’re not going to tell me there’s no way around it. The young ladies are really making their business look bad. They are very unprofessional, have conversations at the front while customers are there that we as customers shouldn’t hear. They’re playing this loud ghetto music that some adults and definitely not the kids need to hear. Even the “security guards” or whatever they’re supposed to be are just as unprofessional. There’s been times I’ve considered not spending my money here anymore just from the unprofessionalism and all the young kids they have running this store while they’re somewhere else doing whatever. This really did it for me. I know my money may not mean nothing to them but I definitely know a lot of others that comes here that will not be returning. They are the only ones with such strict crazy policy. Lizbeth & Maritza one claims to be a manager and the other one says she’s an assistant manager. So I kept asking to speak to someone else higher than them and of course they’re saying the owners are not there they’re out of town so I couldn’t speak to them for two weeks. This is money wasted this time but they will not be able to do this to me again because I’m not coming back here. It’s so sad how you can’t patronize places due to who and what they’re hiring. I know rules are rules but you’re not losing anything to do exchanges. You’ll rather lose business from a customer then to do a simple exchange. Then they’re all sassy little - let me not go there. But then they’re sassy girls. Nobody can deal with people like that without wanting to do something to them. One loyal customer never coming back. This is by far the absolute best place to purchase any kind of formal dress with a great price! My daughter and I searched for weeks for her prom dress. We went as far as 2 hours+ from home. After a long day of searching she and I found beauty master! We walked down the stairs of the store and it was truly a "Hallelujah moment" for the both of us! My daughter was able to get the dress of her dreams! It was the same dress she tried on at the OVERPRICED Formal dress store in the Georgia Square Mall. That stores price was over $500! I had refused to pay over $300 for a prom dress! Beauty master had my daughter's $500 dream dress for under $250! They also have a wide variety of bridal gowns, quinceanera gowns, gorgeous shoes, vaills, and much much more! Beauty master is the last stop get everything you need store for any kind of special occasion! I did not spend much time upstairs. Although, passing through I did see EVERYTHING you could need to get ready for a special occasion! They had hair extensions, hair straighteners, makeup, jewelry, skin care products for men and women. This will be the only store I ever go to for any sort of special occasion for as long as they or in business! I have never even written a review this long before. I truly do believe beauty master deserves any review that would explain to any potential customer what a great decision it would be for you to walk in the doors of the store. When I first walked into this location I was in heaven. This location is so much nicer and cleaner than the greenbrier location. A friend and I went together and fell in love because the prices were great too. We talked about how this was going to be our new hair spot then things went left....As most stores are the employees ask if any assistance is needed, we both said no we're just browsing right now. A few minutes later we started to see this one particular employee in every aisle we went down. At first we just shrugged it off then it became clear that she literally was following us, no exaggeration no lie. 20 mins into the store, everytime we turned.... she was there. It became uncomfortable. Neither one of us brought a bag or purse in so I couldn't understand why we were being watched like that AND there's a sensor on EVERYTHING. 30 mins in it became annoying so I asked her to get her manager..yeah she was that close it felt like we came together and she close to the point I could feel her breath on my neck...that close. So I'm speaking to the manager and he states no she was not following you I told her to see if you guys needed help....really? The whole time in the store though? So she's a personal assistant shopper? That made me even more upset instead of him apologizing ,he denies it. So I ask to speak with someone else...she says "no,no we tell our employees not to go from aisle to aisle with customers, she was just helping". I'm so over this store I'm spending my earned money in an establishment that's catered to black women and yet I still feel uncomfortable? I will never go back and I really loved that...
