stopped by QT gas station and bought $2 Dark Roast Drip Coffee from a machine.

Used their restroom where it's single station.

Have to wait until someone finishes their business, sorry this is cafe review by the way to the Jose to the three amigos on Jose.

He was an Asian male kid, wearing backwards flat hat with sneakers from Nikkiki black and white of color.

I was mistaken during the exit of this kid.

I was absolutely appalled by what I experienced today. I come to this bakery regularly at least once or twice a week to buy bread. Today, just like any other day, I stopped by. An elderly gentleman, clearly visiting for the first time, was looking at cakes to buy for his grandchild. Not realizing the process, he thought it was self-serve like the bread and opened the display case.

Instead of kindly explaining, a young Korean staff member shockingly raised her voice at him, scolding him in front of everyone and saying he had to order at the counter. There was absolutely no reason to respond with such hostility to a customer who simply didn’t know. The way she handled the situation was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful.

What made matters worse was that I witnessed this same staff member being rude to other customers as well. This is unacceptable. No matter how good the bread may be or how busy the store gets, there is never an excuse for employees to treat paying customers this way.

Because of this behavior, I walked out without buying anything. I now seriously question whether I will ever return and I can only imagine how many other customers have felt the same way after such treatment. A business cannot succeed long-term if this kind of attitude toward customers...

Experienced poor customer service at this location. My friend and I accidentally took the wrong drink as we thought it was the one we ordered. After we had taken it to our table, an employee let us know we’d taken the wrong flavor drink. We apologized and let her know that we hadn’t actually started drinking it yet, so she could go ahead and swap it out if necessary. She then asked if we’d like to keep it as they’d need to throw it out anyway and to get the correct drink from them. We accepted the offer and I went up to take the new drink. I saw the manager behind the counter, and he made a face but didn’t say anything. A few minutes later the employee came back and let us know that the manager told her to take the first drink back from us. I looked up to see the manager throwing out the drink. This interaction made us feel uncomfortable as customers. To be clear, we weren’t upset that we didn’t get the second drink for free, and the employee did not do anything wrong. The manager should not have made faces in plain sight and should have come up to us directly to explain the situation, rather than putting his employee in a...
