Prior to surgery, Lipo 360 + BBL , I had book marked this location. By the third day post op, I felt like my legs were going to burst of the pressure build up. I was stiff, miserable, and in pain. Luckily, I called, and they could see me the next day. Upon arrival, I struggled to get out of the backseat of my SUV and shuffled my feet towards the door. Immediately I was greeted by Maria and Jocelyn. The first massage was such a relief, I felt all the tension that was pulling me forward, release and lifted. I could stand up straight now. Maria offered me the package deals. After feeling the amazing results, I booked 10 plus free facial. The second visit here… I DROVE MYSELF !!! I couldn’t believe it! My mobility and healing was accelerating. I could see my contours/curves and also, I could feel my body shrinking back to normal. My faja even fit better. Today marks 10th massage. I am able to adjust my faja to the tightest, the 3rd hook! I may even need to get a new one based on these results. Maria is very knowledgeable of lymphatic drainage. She was my therapist for all of my sessions. Just enough pressure to give you a post “healing” soreness. Not painful at all. She is a Physical Therapist after all. Her caring and informative sessions are quite encouraging. Both her and Jocelyn always extend a personable welcome. I am so thankful to have found the solution to my transformation journey. I trust these girls hands, treatment and technique … my surgical investment is looking great!!! On to body contouring! I am convinced my results will only become more prominent. Booked my next package of 8 body contour sessions. Looking back, I am thrilled to have made such excellent progress after only one month. It’s all about the hired talent. I wouldn’t recommend this place.. Even if you are in the Gwinnett, post op, I would venture out to professionals in metro Atlanta. I’ve gotten a total of 6 massages, spent over $600 so this is a very honest review..

My biggest issue is this business trying to get over on me as a client. MANUAL LYMPHATIC MASSAGES (which are suppose to be done by hand to help with drainage) are supposed to last for exactly 60 minutes per their website. I noticed, the first two times I got messages they were perfectly timed. The last few times, they got too comfortable, didn’t think I was self-timing, and my massage times decreased drastically. For $95 + tip, you expect to be completely satisfied, right?

The last straw for me was the last time I got a massage, Joseline massaged me for about 20 minutes, used a cavitation massage for another 15 minutes — and then ATTEMPTED to let me sit under a red light for the remaining 25 minutes. Red lights do nothing for you when you’re only a few weeks post op. When I confronted her about the issue, she told me she was going to complete the massage afterwards. Which is a lie because she set a timer on the machine for 25 minutes. If you’ve been to this establishment, you know, after the red light treatment (which is ONLY intended to be 10 minutes) the treatment is over. This was confirmed by another massage therapist.

Again, I wouldn’t go to this establishment. Their massages are not thorough. They will not snatch you, and their practices are shady. They also don’t take the time to build a rapport with clientele. I booked 10 sessions of Post Op Lymphatic Drainage Massages. Joselin Urdaneta was my masseuse. Overall I liked the peaceful environment but a few things I found unprofessional. During my massages, the other masseuse would come in and speak to Joselin Urdaneta. They are speaking Spanish and it was very uncomfortable as I don’t know what they are saying and they were giggling and looking at something on a phone; couldn’t this be done after my massage as it has nothing to do with me!? I just had surgery and should be given as much privacy as possible. I also think they should update how reminder text are done. I missed an appointment because I had gotten a text reminding me of an appointment for 3pm. When I arrived I was told that my appointment that day was not for 3pm; so why would I receive a text reminder for an appointment that is 2days away when I have appointments that day?
