I had been going here for about 6-7 years and tbh I use to love them . Prices were affordable for the quality of nails . The customer service was great and they even use to offer a glass of red or white wine or a can soda . However the new employees they have are rude . To make matters worse there was trend going viral on TikTok where ppl would go to these nails salon and use google translate to hear what we all assumed which was they are trash talking you in there own language . Any how I visited today 05/22/24 2 days before my birthday . One the established has a very atrocious smell almost similar to spoiled cantaloupe . There were gnats to support the foul smell . I showed the woman what I wanted and asked could tell me how much this would beforehand she says “ ok so gel and French tip short $85 so I’m like ok maybe it’s the stones and the design so I show her a short square French tip no matter what I showed her she said $85 . So I asked her do you all charge different prices she said yes . I asked for menu for prices because they offer a menu for pedicure and waxes . She ignored me and continued to prep to start doing my nails . When I kindly ask if she could tell me the prices before hand . One I never asked for gel. Two you ignored my question . So I decide not get my full set with her . However I still allowed the nice gentleman with all the tattoos complete my toes . However I paid for the 2 option on the menu which is milk and honey . . He didn’t apply any lotion or oil like they do with every pedicure . To try and get over and long term customer is crazy to me . It’s ok , they will never get business from me again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME TO THIS NAIL SALON. They will talk badly about any of the customers but smile in your face for tip . Don’t believe me try google translate to see what they be saying . I will also attach some photo of the nails I just got done with them a month ago . It was $65 for regular duck nail shaped medium length nails + $35 for the basically nail although there menu says $32. They are truly trying to get over on you . Do not go here . Don’t get me wrong some of them are nice and will even greet you . If I could give them 0 stars I would. Keep the nice man with the tattoos tho . Had a really disturbing experience. I just moved into the area from overseas and this was my first time at a nail shop in Gwinnett. Came in for nail removal and manicure I asked the price I was told $19 for both said awesome let’s do it. As I was being serviced I asked to see their services book because I was thinking about adding a spa pedicure but the guy tells me they don’t have any prices in their book only pedicure things. I said okay that’s great that’s what I want to see! He then hesitatly hands me the book.. full of all their services and PRICES. I was instantly turned off wondering why the lie. Then he told me I didn’t need a manicure just a take off so he could go get to another client that just walked in. It was only 5 clients in the salon someone else could have serviced her while he finished my service. Very unprofessional. He then comes back over to me to finish removing my nails without the manicure I asked for and then sends me to the front to pay. They tell me it will be $10 for him just removing my nails I tip $5 and as I’m putting my card back into my purse this man LAUGHS and says to the other guy “she actually did tip you got a $10 tip now”. I asked him what did he just say and he said oh he was talking to the other guy (didn’t know I could understand him I worked overseas). They OVERCHARGED ME to include an additional $5 tip when what I got done actually only cost $5. That really disturbed me and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will never be going back here....

So I went in for a full set w acrylic and gel. The lady Nancy did it and It was ok. But honestIy it was the price that had me there. After 2 wks I came bk to gt a fill. This time it was the guy Mike who filled them. But before that he was drilling away. Buffering and watever else he had to do. So after he filled he filed and drilled again. I had to tell him stop fileing so much. Anyway. 3 days later my nail broke at the tip as it would if someone filed the hell out of it. I went back and ofc they always start talking their little language like we give af. Just do our nails like yall came over here to do. So the lady Nancy did it although she act like she didnt want to. I left. The next day another nail broke at the tip again. I went bk and again they started talking their little language and tell me Im responsible for payment after they messed my nail up. Look Im always abt customer service. And they are rude. THEY ONLY WANT UR MONEY they dont care what u want or how u want it. What ever happened to client consultation first? They wanna do it their way & if u try to tell them they gt mad. MY FILL was horrible & my gel acrylic nail was horrible. It kept breaking cuz the acrylic was soo thin. They kept trying to blame it on me when I havnt done anything to cause my nail to break. Nothing! I woke up and the pinky nail was broke. Trying to make me pay for something that they caused is crazy. Wont ever come back.
