We went on December 27, 2022, at around 6 pm. There were lots of kids jumping inside. We asked about the membership, and we were told by two different staff members that the membership is a $10 activation fee, $10 monthly fee, and $20 cancellation fee, that the cancellation fee goes for another two months of membership, so literally we could still come in for two months after cancellation. Since our kid was not so impressive about the location, we ended up cancel the membership on the same day, and we got confirmed by the staff member who canceled our membership and charged us $20 that the membership would be good for three months as we had paid for three month’s membership fee.
We came back two days later, on December 29, at around 6 pm, and were told by another two staff members that we would not be able to use our membership because it was cancelled. The contradictions among the multiple staffs over there indicate the level of mess-up in their staff training. And I don’t know who was right, but I was misinformed and cheated for three months membership money. I didn’t lose much because I know my credit card company would take the money back for me. However, you all should be aware of their tricks to cheat for your money.
Per the location, during our visit on December 27, 2022, the location was well under staffed and very poorly maintained. In the boys restroom, two out of the three sinks were full of blood (yes you read it right, bloody sink). Later on, they simply closed the restrooms and they remained closed two days later when we returned on the 29th. The restrooms in the mall are not too far away though.
Because of the under staff, there were very limited staff to enforce their safety rules in the trampoline area. I saw dozens of kids jumping and flipping with their eyeglasses (this may be the reason for the bloody sink I guess).
The safety video was also very poor but I think they have the same safety videos for all altitude locations. That video was not helpful because it was simply a collection of demonstrations on what kids shouldn’t do, which ended up kids are simply learning those wrong behavior from the video. A better safety video should have clear red cross on those no behaviors, and with what behaviors are encouraged.
If you live nearby and plan to pay $10+$120/year + socks + tax for each one of your family to let them jump multiple times a week, this place could work as long as you mind your own safety. If you were considering to get the membership for just a few months and cancel it later on, either charge it on a good credit card so you got protected, or stay away as they have their ways to let things not going the way you were expecting for.
Update on Jan 28, 2023: they charged my card again although I cancelled it last month. This place is a horrible cheating scam. I just directed my credit card company to ban this business from charging me again. Cheaters...

Altitude has turned the tide on this place. Friday night DJ glow parties for the tween/teens are a great addition.
The concerns were addressed, and the bathrooms have been maintained, cleaned, and repaired.
My family and I still hold a membership and encourage our neighbors and friends to visit.
Thank you
Located in sugarloafs Mills Mall.. Unsanitary Bathrooms with little attention but the park itself is kept up, except the over flowing trash after a busy weekend full of parties. Too many staff members standing around when things are slow for the bathrooms to look like this.
I hate writing reviews. I also don’t like “stirring the pot” but this is just ridiculous.
Parents of little children: I can only speak of the female bathroom but I can speculate the bathroom for the men is similar. This location has one dirty hand dryer (the one you stand over and dip your hands in and out) most small children can not use this at all or properly, two working sinks and two soap dispensers and the step stool for smaller children that is provided is located under the BROKEN sink. This sink has been broken for a long time at this point. Paper towels are not provided. The stalls are always nasty and very smelly. Most children run in there with their jump socks so it’s very unsanitary. The sinks are always wet so no place to place your belongings while you try to lift your child to get soap and assist with washing their hands and hold them to dry and then grab the dirty handle to get out only to struggle to find hand sanitizer. I’ve been there for two hours or more and I never see anyone check the restrooms. Even before Covid health and safety should be a top priority and the bathrooms falls in that area of concern that need constant attention. My family has memberships and I can’t tell you how many of my friends I encourage to get memberships here so we frequent this place often.
Install a more sanitary hand dryers .. away from the sinks on the adjacent wall and fix the sink where the step stool is located. Install auto dispensers for soap and mandate routinely bathroom checks every hour. It’s not that difficult especially for the price...
Read moreI recently hosted my son's birthday party at this venue, and I'd like to share my thoughts on the experience. First off, I must say that the event space itself is quite nice. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience.
Upon my arrival, I noticed signs indicating that the facility would be closing early at 4 p.m. Our party was scheduled to start at 2 p.m., which made it feel a bit rushed right from the beginning. Luckily, our party host, who also serves as the assistant manager, was very accommodating. She allowed us to enter the event space early to decorate for my son's birthday, which was a big help.
However, I did find myself needing to seek her out on several occasions throughout the event, which could have been improved in terms of communication.
Another aspect that caught us by surprise was the lack of advice about having our guests fill out waivers in advance. This process ended up eating into the time we had for jumping activities.
Additionally, I was not aware of the party timeline, which consisted of 90 minutes of jump playtime, with the last 30 minutes allocated for food and cake. This schedule felt a bit rushed for our liking. The pizza provided was outsourced from Marco's, and I must admit it was quite good. However, if you plan to bring in your own outside food, be prepared for a $100 fee, which felt a bit steep, especially given the limited menu options available.
Lastly, I was disappointed that my son did not receive the special birthday gift promised as part of the package.
In summary, while there were positive aspects to our experience, such as the nice event space and delicious pizza, there were also several issues that made it less than ideal, including the early closing time, lack of communication about waivers, and the rushed party timeline. Considering the price we paid, it left us feeling like we didn't get the best value, not to mention the uncomfortably hot temperature inside the facility on the day...
