WHERE CAN I START ?! Charged us $400 over our original quote with no communication, DRILLED through our vehicle and when we caught it said it was “normal practice” for decades, we had to take apart every thing that had to do with the sound system and essentially redo everything. During this time, we found many unsafe and questionable items. After four trips to the shop, we talked to the owners about our experience in person and had pictures to strengthen our claim. We were unable to come to an agreement that is appropriate due to the owners being unreasonable, and lacking integrity. The customer should be satisfied not taken advantage of. We will NEVER recommend them again and have been repeat customers in the past. Several of our peers have already steered clear after hearing our experience with them. This is not the way to deliver services to your customers. Oh and I’m sure the owners will have a witty response to this pointing the blame on the customer - they repeatedly talked down to me as a female and basically try to talk circles around you so that they do not take responsibility. I Would Not Recommend dealing with this business! I had purchased a car starter, which resulted in non-stop electrical problems! They owner did very little to correct the problem. I also was considering purchasing a surround sound system at the same time, but the Very Little Knowledge of his products and installation of them..... On the expensive side .. If you look around and see how much cheaper the same product is else where you feel like you just got ripped off .. They do know what there going good staff very friendly. Had a remote start installed payed just about 600 bucks for the top of the line couple weeks later the remote failed and wouldn't turn on or anything went back to see if there was a warranty they said no and it's going to be $250.00 for a new one I've always went to dads for my car audio needs but going to have to go else where witch is sad but I don't like to...
