After reading many rave reviews and a few not so impressive, I was compelled to give them a try. I really like great onion rings and was led to expect just that from other reviews. I was extremely disappointed when my first bite was very crunchy and the ring was quite dry. No salt. They looked overcooked and it was true in the tasting. I really had high hopes. The burger was not worth bragging over either. I had a double cheese with bacon, Swiss, grilled onions and mushrooms, plus all the fixings, sans jalapeños. I hate to say it, but the place with the butterburgers has been MUCH more satisfying in the taste department. The burger WAS juicy and decent, but really just lacked in overall flavor. I had to check if it actually had pickles and tomatoes, cuz I wasn't sure. The rings were not only dry and overdone, but lukewarm to boot. I got it to go and dug right in as soon as I sat down in my truck. I really was hoping to find a new favorite, but I wouldn't be willing to pay even half for a repeat. Had to try out the new hermantown location that they opened up. Amazing atmosphere and everything is clean and brand new. Staff was great and organized. Menu was simple and straightforward which is great and easy. I ordered the 1/2 pound burger and got to choose what I wanted on it which was nice. Got the fries as well and they were definitely worth it as they were super fresh and salted to perfection. If I didn’t love ketchup too much, I would have ate them as is because they were so good. They also offer sauces on the side if you wanted with the fries. Back to the burger though. It was a hefty burger and I didn’t know how to attack it at first. It was juicy in the middle and what surprised me was the crispy sides it had on the patty which I liked a lot. The flavor was on point while you can taste the freshness of everything coming together. If I wasn’t so full from this, I would of gotten an ice cream cone on the side. Definitely recommend this spot if you want to relax,...

Get their homemade pickle chips, they're unlike any other you've ever had. And better than any you've had before.

These aren't your everyday blah normal pickle chip with a no flavor coating that maybe crisp outside but is usually wet inside . They are thin, crispy and flavorful!!! You don't even need salt, and I'm a salt a- holic. 🤷‍♀️🤣

Customer service is beyond excellent. They went above & beyond my expectations. 💙

They showed me what ther fries looked like, and made sure to check if their Philly was fatty at all. NO it's not at all! And it's so flavorful!! 💯

Their burgers are as well, yummy! And I don't eat meat often....at all.

This place should be busy 24/7, with their excellent prices, customer service and food!!
