I am very dissatisfied with service and would not recommend them. I ordered a table and living room furniture from them and I had several problems. My table had a broken piece when we took it out the box. Then I was told that my living room furniture was coming the same day I picked up my table(which was a Monday), but it didn’t. I was told that it would be there the following Wednesday. When next Wednesday came, I did not get a call that it was there. I went to the store the next day and was told that they no longer offer that set in brown and I would have to get it in black. I said fine because I just wanted a place to sit down, but I decided not to get it in black because it does not match my house and was told that I could just choose another set of the same price. I was told that my initial furniture was actually coming in on the Friday of the following week. I found another one(that didn’t have any of the features of the one I originally chose) and was told it would be ready the next day. I waited the next day for a call , and I ended up calling late that afternoon. I was told that they had to wait for approval to swap out my previous order of the black furniture. It didn’t seem like it was going to happen within the next couple of days, so I told them I might as well just wait for the original furniture that I picked so I can have what I want, since I have to wait anyways. I finally got it that Friday, but when I went to the warehouse at the time I was told, one couch had not made it and I had to wait. They whole time that I was going through the ordeal, my salesperson, Erin was amazing. She had given me her personal number to contact her if I had any problems along the way. Anytime I called or texted her, she answered or got right back to me and got to the bottom of things. She was also the only person that spoke to me when I originally came to the store.
