Customer Service: front desk was good
Environment: cute relaxing until halfway into my service a group of workers were talking for a while so loud outside my room. Vietnamese for ya.
The spa gives you a comfy silky red robe to wear and slippers that Im sure never gets cleaned. Sorry I know Asians salons.
Service: VIP Nourishing Shampoo
Masseuse CieCie: a hard worker but needs a lot of learning. I know how to massage as I used to be a nail technician and was loved by all my customers for my massages. So I know when someone needs more learning when I encounter one.
She doesnt know how to make it a relaxing therapy. It was a job to get done. I was tensed the whole time from my hair getting tugged on by her combing (which could have been avoided if she held onto my hair while combing out small knots so it wont tug onto my scalp everytime my hair was combed. Another thing was she first combed my hair with her fingers and it was knotting and she kept going thru it until she decided to use a comb).
Next she used scalp massaging tools. The ones she didnt know how to use were the batteries silicone hand held scalp massager (funny I got one for my dog) and the long thin metal hand held scalp massager that has multiple heads (each heads are thin like a piece of your plastic hairbrush. Anyways, the tools were used stiffly and not relaxing and smooth as a masseuse would do it.
The face cream and face mask were ice cold and surprised me each time placed on my face. I was not fond of it being that cold. It would have been logic to have the mini scented heating air on while the ice cold products were placed on. Well overall they should have been warm and relaxing.
I was also surprised when when didnt gently place the rolled up towel onto my eyes. That freaked me out. Then the water shower went over my eyes and my anxiety level sky rocketed as I wasnt informed. I enjoyed it on my scalp.
The facial massage needs work.
The shoulders, arms and hand massages need work.
After the service I had to give her my input and showed her how to massage the palm. She didnt understand and asked me to let her know the strength she should use next time.
My overall experience for $125 was not a great experience like my friends. A lot of times Vietnamese girls come to America to do service jobs as thats all they know how to do with limited English. I can tell CeiCei was new and hope for her to better her skills for her future. She is a very nice young lady and I hope only the best for her. I did give her a $20 tip as I know how exhausting it is to do service jobs.
Overall, I would not come again until I find a real...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of experiencing a head spa massage at Lavie Head Spa and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly at ease, setting the tone for the experience.
The massage itself was an absolute delight. The therapist was highly skilled, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences before starting. Started with a foot soak in a warm bath with herbals to rid of all toxins. Afterwards, The treatment began with a gentle scalp massage using aromatic essential oils that immediately melted away any stress and tension. The sensation was incredibly soothing, and I could feel the therapeutic benefits almost instantly.
As the massage progressed, the therapist expertly targeted specific pressure points on my head, neck, and shoulders, relieving built-up tension and promoting deep relaxation. The combination of gentle strokes and firm pressure was perfectly balanced, leaving me in a state of bliss.
What stood out most was the attention to detail. The therapist's expertise was evident in every movement, and the high-quality products used left my hair feeling soft, nourished, and revitalized. The session concluded with a gentle face massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and glowing.
Overall, my head spa massage at Lavie Head Spa was a five-star experience from start to finish. It was not just a massage but a holistic experience that left me feeling relaxed, pampered, and utterly refreshed. I highly recommend Lavie Head Spa to anyone looking to indulge in a top-tier head spa treatment. It was an unforgettable experience that I look forward to...
Read moreMy wife and daughter went together to Lavie head spa and my wife has not stopped talking about her experience. From the outside it does not look anything out of the ordinary. When you go in, there are murals of flowers etc. in the reception area which is pretty. Once you go in to the spa area there is a ceiling full of umbrellas with greenery along the walls that is charming. They were escorted into the changing area and given robes etc to change into. Then they went to the room where the “magic” happens. They soaked their feet while drinking tea and water. Next they were put in a warm bed with feet raised and heating pads for knees and stomach. My wife said Angel who worked on her and Mia who worked on my daughter were so sweet and nice. Angel noticed my wife taking pictures of my daughter and she took pictures and videos for them during the procedure. They had face, neck, shoulder and arm message with a facial in addition to hair washing and head message. My wife said Angel really got her head “super clean” with a very vigorous message and cleaning. My daughter said Mia was more gentle and will ask for a little more pressure next time. Finally, they got their hair blow dried and they spent the most relaxing 90 minutes in a long time. Thank you Angel and Mia for taking such good care...
