Today had issue with my upgrade phone very courteous long hair gentleman straightening it right out. Not like previous lady who seemed to have bugs crawling all over her constantly looking out window ,, snorting and scratching like she was bored. Haven't seen her since. Hope she got the help she needed because she did not help me at that time. But happy now
Update. I was lied to about my phone upgrade being free. they charged on the business account the phone I got.. My brother went ahead and paid for it. however The phone I got was not able to be used on the business account... This store is understaffed and uneducated about products and system routine sign up. The salesmen constantly have to call their manager to enter in one sale in system. Moreover, if you have a question or need help you might have to wait two hours to get assistance. Last but not least, there internet device is worthless and expensive. Tons of pauses and disconnections. Just go down the street to T-Mobile for pleasant and experienced customer service with great prices. If your credit only qualifies you at U.S. Cellular, try a different store. Hope...
Read moreI wish I wouldn’t have switched. They lied to me on how much I bill would be by over $100 a month. I specifically asked MULTIPLE times what all EXACTLY would be in my bill (also mentioned up front I would NOT be using autopay) and they lied. Also never once mentioned a contract till we were already done with my port that took over a month of hassle to do and you get your bill AFTER the 14 day period to back out. Stay with your current provider if they work because these people are a joke and now I’m stuck and the service is sooo NOT better...
