Not sure that this store has anything to do with their Internet Uverse service but I just wanted to say that I switched little over a year ago from CableOne (horrible!) to ATT Uverse.
Even though I don't quite get half of the advertised bandwidth speed the service is reliable and priced fairly. After my promo ended they did try and raise my price but I called them on the fact that my speeds are not up to par with their service promise, they had a tech come out and check out my speed issues and determined that my distance from the node is why my speed is not as advertised, but alas they agreed to keep my monthly price for service at $37 a month. Now that's how you do business! Take note CableOne! Their service is reliable and for the most part my family is able to do everything we like to do on the net (streaming, gaming, etc...) without much of an issue and for a fair price! Thank you AT&T! Kudos to you! Now please, hurry and upgrade your network some more around Duncan and make your service better and I am sure you will get a lot more...

Brandy is a disrespectful horrible person! WORST customer service ever! I had a business check for my husband's account. She told me they don't take checks for an account not in my name. Even though I have been going in for the last 6 months paying it. I said seriously? Then she raises her voice at me and tells me not to come at her and that it's not her problem. We have not been able to get a paperbill for 2 years! We finally switched services after all the disrespect! Horrible!!!! Just horrible!!!! This lady does NOT need to be in customer service! She nice if your setting up a new account! But the second you have an issue she turns feral! You might want to bring a priest! I'd rather deal with a witch once she flips her switch! Tried getting my dads phone after a wreck and he was unable to get one until he got a license back (lost in wreck) they wouldnât just authorize it with his paper ID, while we waited for his to come in. They kept pretending they were fixing it. The guy in store handed me a phone that had a SIM card error and said to call customer service and left us sitting there with a non working phone. Never told me the reason it couldnât be fixed. Finally manager came out and tried fixing it and over an hour on the phone never got fixed she said cooperate would call us in an hour and have it fixed and we never got a phone call. She gave me her number to call her with any problems but she doesnât reply when I try to reach out. We are going on two weeks now of paying for a phone that...
