Went there on a Friday afternoon to have some fun with my kids and evaluate the possibility of taking my team from work to have a Team building activity there...but they failed the test. First, no where to see the prices and options so you can evaluate what is the best option for you...first sign of "warning"... paid $81.00 for 2 hours of play for 2 adults and a minor...may be (may be) not that bad...then, my oldest wanted some chicken and my little girl some fries. Ordered from the kiosk a COMBO of 4 chicken tenders, fries and a medium soda, A COMBO...COMBO = those 3 items com TOGETHER...for $12.84...was charged $15.00 because "automatic gratuity"...???...when they brought the order, there were no fries...???...I though they were bringing them in a minute...ask for my fries and the lady that brought the order told me that I order no fries...???...I politely clarified that I ordered the combo...she went back to the cafe area and came back with a receipt that I ordered a combo with no fries...I asked her how can that be possible and she show me a weird receipt with a couple of no and I proceed to explain that I answered no to ketchup or other sauce because is the first place I go that ketchup of chicken sauces are charged extra...still, respectfully I clarified that I ordered and PAID for a combo and my little girl wanted the fries...she proceeded to tell me that if NOW I wanted the fries it was $4.50 EXTRA!!!...really???...a 2 pounds frozen bag of fries is $1.98, from where they can get 6 or may be 7 servings for the COMBO that is not a combo...you are up to lose a client for a handful of fries that the client ALREADY PAID??? My team and me are 8 people, with a plus one 16...I was going to pay for bowling and food for an afternoon on fun at the end of the month for a team building event, but I will definitely go to another place to do my activity, and anyone that asks me, that is not the place to go...Not the smartest way to...
Read moreI definitely prefer this place to launch, but they definitely got to get their shit together. I went Friday for the $20 bowling from 9 to 12. There was very little communication at the food counter And the food was very… mid. Like you can’t go wrong with chicken tenders yet somehow they did. But they also advertise their pink pin for free pizza thing. And the way they said it they made it seem like it was being rotated very often Or that it was being rotated in like segments But they get down to the last pizza left in the pin is still showing up at the same lanes. For example (And yes, I took note) Lane 17 Got it at least 4 times and they got a pizza. Late 31 got it seven times. Lane 39 got it five times. And lane 33 right next to us got it four times in the last 20 minutes, me and my friends were bowling. This is not something they’ve had on all night. It’s something they had for an hour. I originally talked to a staff member and she told me that it was being done manually And then, after another 30 minutes of the polls not being moved around, I talked to the manager And he got really defensive Originally saying that it was completely randomized, and it was mechanical thing I told him I was told it was a manual thing and that a staff member was moving them and he said yes he’s just a bit caught up at the moment which if you know there is an issue why are you not back there helping him. Why are you not prepared for the event that you’re running because he did go back there probably move three pins Around and dipped. But even after complaining, there was no impact and no improvement made on how the event...
Read moreI took my family to bowl yesterday and they had every other lane open. Which was great because they were following the rules of 6 feet apart and wearing masks. We paid for 2 games and half way through the first game a family of 6 came and sat in the lane next to us. I went to the desk to complain and the response I got was they needed the room. I complained that they weren't following the social distancing and I wasn't happy. I was told they were allowed 75% capacity so I responded by explaining yes, you can have up to 75% capacity as long as you were following the 6 feet distance. I asked that if she wasn't going to follow the State mandate then move the family somewhere else as I am not comfortable. Instead she gave me some, very little of my money back and I had to cut my night early and wasted money. I paid for 2 games for 4 people and was charged for each game each person rental of the shoes . I was only refunded for the 2nd game and nothing else. Oh and did I mention I was there for my sons 13th birthday so my evening of bowling that my son wanted was cut very short by the employee working the desk at the bowling alley. I can't believe we were the customers they chose to lose, the family that already paid and we were having fun, just wanted them to follow the Florida mandate. So disappointing and I will...
