Worst experience EVER! The nail tech was beautiful the older Asian lady painted my nails HORRIBLY & manager ignored all the technicians telling him not to charge me for the pedicure because the paint job was the worst I’d ever seen it.

Now when I came in the 1st thing I asked was can you do a pedicure in 45 minutes. They answered yes. 1 hour later when I look at my feet i immediately asked to take it off and the nail tech kept calling the manager and he never came until after the nail tech took the paint off. NOW, to be fair they did ask me to come back for a paint job and I declined because it was the rudeness of the manager. I didn’t even mind paying for the pedicure I didn’t like how he ignored his staff and didn’t honor his word of 45 minutes because I had an engagement 45 min away.

I NEVER go back...

I went there to get my acrylic nails off and when they we’re taking them off the person doing my nails kept leaving me there, at the table, going to another costumer while there were three other employees that could work on her. Then they drilled my nails down too thin. After that they told me to wait at the drying station and I sat there for an hour waiting for my nails to “dry” even though they were already dry the first 15 minutes of me sitting there. Finally after an hour of sitting there and the employees doing their own nails one of them came up to me and said I was done. It was $10 and my nails were thin, they didn’t file them well (they were sqaures... pointy sides) and I was there for a half and hour too long. This was the worst experience I’ve had there. And they won’t be...

Have been a regular for several years and unfortunately have watched cleanliness decline. Today, I pointed out to tech that tub had water in it from, possibly, last customer. Tech had attitude while wiping out tub and then owner moved me to next seat. Tech continued to serve me and at the first moment when he acted unprofessionally I should have stopped him and left. While my nails were drying, he made a point to clean the tub, spraying cleaner on my legs in the process. He may have been having a bad day...but no excuse, really. The nails look okay but experience was not. I spoke with owner and said that I wanted him to succeed...he just needs a little customer...
