Iâd like to take time to not only leave a review for this nice establishment and all but also I want to point out one review here that was made one month ago from a person named Jadyn Hardesty.
Why would you wait 55 mins for your order? At no point did you say you asked what the hold up was or anything you just waited. You mention nasty and unprofessional but I come to this Starbucks very often and my orders are constantly taken by those two and they always give great customer service to me but a lot of other people I have seen when I do go. You took pictures of them from what it looks like âmoving on the jobâ it looks out of context to make your review look valid. Based on her past two reviews before this Starbucks one I think I can conclude that Jadyn must put herself on a high pedestal as she seems to think she doesnât need to ask for help for anything.
Overall, I would call bullshit on Jadynâs review. Like I said before, I come to this Starbucks often and they always do a good job. Often times Iâm surprised at how fast they bring my order out. I would def recommend people to come here if youâre looking for coffee or a snack, these two will definitely take care of ya. As for Jadyn, I think the nasty person is you. I'm a regular at the Dunkirk Starbucks, and service has declined sharply since prior managers and several excellent partners left.
Over multiple recent visits, the front-register experience (with one employee) has been unwelcoming-curt tone, avoidant responses, and repeated claims that standard actions "can't be done in the system" (rewards/basic customizations that other partners routinely complete). On another visit, a different partner completed the same request with no issue. Iâd like to noteâŚthe other employees are amazing and welcoming!
This pattern makes the store feel inconsistent and disrespectful to customers. I'm asking management to observe register interactions during peak times, retrain on POS capabilities and customer care, and hold staff accountable for solution-oriented service.
If this recurs, I will immediately ask for a manager, document the date/time and receipt details, and escalate to corporate for follow-up. If I encounter this employee again, and her conduct doesnât change after this post, I will certainly snap a photo and...

jadyn, you never mentioned that you walked up to them and asked why it was taking longer than maybe normal. but instead you wanted to take the time to realize you have nothing better to do with your life and just leave a review on two girls trying to their best while itâs busy. girl get a grip and stop being dramatic. have some common sense to actually ASK people, âhey how come itâs taking a bit longâ ainât no way in hell you stood there for almost an hour get it together, you probably waited 10 minutes. if itâs busy, donât you think, âoh theyâre just busyâ at least understand. because iâm sure you wouldnât like it if some random person took a picture of you just to make a nasty ass comment because they waited 10 minutes for a drink.
NOW for MY review. iâve been here countless of times before i go into work for my nightly shift and sometimes during the day on weekends. yes ive been there when itâs busy but they all do great. the night crew is amazing and quick. iâve never really had to wait crazy amount of time. theyâre efficient and kind. you can see theyâre trying their best to do everything in an orderly fashion. the store is great, love...
