Listen, the food is okay, but my friend was working there, he got let go, the thing is, they lied on why, you see his wife who is also my friend was sick, she couldn't keep anything down no matter how much she tried too, she couldn't really walk at times, so he called out to take her to the hospital, you have to understand that when I say this, he only called out once since he started working there that's when he had to take her to the ER, I was home when he had to take her to the ER, caused I also had to call out for my job on the same week cause I was sick as well, I have been home when he had to go to work, he is a diabetic as well. They told him that he called out because he was sick even tho he called once the whole time he worked here, he was sick after taking his wife to the ER, but he went into work even tho he was sick, this girl who starts with a N Told him to go home, so went to work today and got let go, now you see why I am changing my rates and I won't be going back there since they treated my friend the way they did, it was wrong, they didn't want to understand or try too understand what was going on. P.s he was a little late today cause of the car has this thing thats under it I can't remember what it's called cause I don't know cars and he does, he had to pull over to fix it and then drive the rest to get to work, I forgot what it was called but it was lose and hitting the road, nobody should go through something like that while driving and knowing it might hurt the car more I don't know if it would of. Anyways he shouldn't have gotten let go cause some people were lying, we liked the people that worked there but now 🤷 we don't and don't be trying to tell me other wise, they should have listen to what he had to say too so he can explain and to make sure it matches the story they were...
Read moreThis review is not about the food or personnel at the store. it is more about not being able to speak with a person to place an order. After pushing numbers over and over again, i finally had someone pick up the phone. I asked to place an order to go. Was told they only accepted on-line orders or orders placed through the call center or mobile app. Call center is a computer. I then asked to speak with manager. Manager stated the same information with exception of one statement. "We are busy serving customers in the store". So basically a person on the phone is not considered a customer, just someone to spend money. I was driving at the time and asked if someone wanted to order and was driving, how were they supposed to place an order. Was told to use the app or on-line. So this would be in violation of state law to use a phone while driving. Just a side note, the worker and manager was on the phone over five minutes. They could have taken a dozen orders during this time. By the way I did go into the store to place a take out order. No one was in line. So the managers statement they were serving customers in the store was a little misleading. However, they did have seven or eight on-line orders they were trying to fill. In addition not all senior citizens use the internet or mobile apps to place and order. Whatever happened to just someone answering the phone and...
Read moreI ordered my delivery for the Dunkirk location through DoorDash, because for some odd reason MOD pizza won’t deliver to my home but DoorDash will. Using DoorDash, they don’t offer all the toppings available nor do they allow you to comment to the artist making the pizzas. As I was submitting my order, I was pulling up their number to call them. I only get the artichoke and roasted garlic toppings with the balsamic fig glaze for my pizza there and I always add extra mozzarella cheese and extra red sauce. The only option that I needed that was available on DoorDash was the artichokes. Even then, there wasn’t an option for extra artichokes. The young lady that answered my phone call was extremely polite and helpful. She was more than happy to assist me with my dilemma. She said she would make sure there was extra red sauce and extra mozzarella cheese on both pizzas, and that’s she would make sure that my pizza got extra artichokes and extra roasted garlic. She didn’t have a “you’re bothering me attitude” like most of the younger generation does now a days in the work force. You could tell in her voice and her demeanor on the phone that she loves helping people and doing her job. Kudos MOD pizza. I’ll be even happier if the pizzas show up correct lol. Keep making your employees happy and enthusiastic about working. We need more teens and younger adults with those attitudes in...
