To Whom It May Concern,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my experience related to a recent vehicle purchase, as I believe it is important for you to be aware of the situation.
On April 18th, I met with tim from at&t to discuss purchasing a car. After inspecting the vehicle, we agreed to finalize the transaction on April 19th, exchanging the title and a payment of $5,100. After completing the purchase, I drove the vehicle home, and shortly thereafter I noticed a significant oil leak.
Upon further investigation, I found an oil-soaked towel placed under the vehicle, which appears to have been used to conceal the oil leak temporarily. This issue was not apparent without lifting the car for inspection, and it has left me in a challenging position given my financial constraints.
I have attempted to reach out to tim to discuss this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response. Given your brandâs reputation for excellence, I felt it was important to bring this situation to your attention.
Thank you for your...
Read moreATT Store took possession of a phone that I was obligated to return for an exchange that was processed. The store manager at the time processed the return and refused to give me a receipt. Now fast forward 3 months and ATT charged me for non-return of the device. The current area manager Jose assured me that he would resolve the issue. He said he knows how it was processed incorrectly and will fix it. That was 3 weeks ago. He is now not returning any of my calls and his staff is refusing to escalate the problem to a manager above Jose. ATT customer service said that it is a problem the store has to fix and even though the store has taken responsibility for the error, they are now ghosting all my calls. We have been long time customers of ATT and have 6 phone lines with them. This is supposedly a common issue with ATT and they refuse to fix the issue and take care of their customers. I will be closing all my ATT phone lines and switching to another provider. Dont ever return equipment and not get a receipt but most importantly, don't shop...
Read moreMy mom and I recently visited the AT&T store in Dunnellon, FL, and while the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, the conditions inside the store were heartbreaking. It was swelteringâso hot, in fact, my mother nearly had a heat-related medical emergency without realizing it. The air conditioning was either broken or nonexistent, and with outside temperatures hitting 90°F, the environment inside was unbearable.
Florida has one of the highest populations of elderly residents in the country. For a store that serves such a vulnerable demographic, this kind of heat exposure is not just uncomfortableâitâs dangerous. I genuinely felt for the employees who had to endure this all day for who knows how long. No one should have to work or shop in such hazardous conditions.
As someone who advocates for underserved communities, I urge AT&T, local officials, and OSHA to take immediate action. This is a serious public health risk. We must protect both employees and customersâespecially our seniorsâfrom...
