RUDE. The first time we visited the sales person was knowledgeable about their granite availability, (they have lots to choose from) but was a pushy seller. She had No fashion or design sense. Wanted to upsell instead of help us find what we were really looking for. She also only gave us a rough estimate of cost, then took like a week to email us a final estimate which blew us out of the water. Cost was ridiculous and timeline for fab and install was unrealistically long. Plus you can't look around on your own, they're over your shoulder all the time. Just now we stopped in to ask if they had a "boneyard" because our tile installer requested such a small amount that we only needed about 4sqft. She said they could cut and fabricate such a small piece but they don't keep small pieces like that. We explained how we were using it. She rudely said no, and questioned how he was going to cut 3cm granite. She rudely said they don't keep small pieces. On our way driving out we stopped at the edge of the yard. There was a stack of "scrap" countertops and broke tops that were just what we wanted. At that point I wasn't giving them my money. I'd drive to Dallas before giving them...

My recent experience indicates that they don't really try or even want to cater to individuals that walk in off the street with smaller jobs. They are reluctant to walk around the stone yard while you look and they certainly won't move any slabs around. IF you find something that you like, they will tell you that you cannot pick out the specific slab that you want and must take what they select. I suspect that they cater more to builders, designers, and big commercial jobs where the decision of what stone to use is"cut and dried." This did not match my experience in Oklahoma City where I was able to select the exact slab I wanted and even the cutting layout. I would recommend that you look around.
