I have had several bad experiences. The first time was when I ordered a Food Mill. The equipment was a POS, so I wanted to return it. They are not forgiving when it comes to returns. If you return the item, you have to pay the shipping, and the restocking fee. The item was $100, it cost me $50 to return it with the restocking fee. Then, I purchased a Robot Coupe Continuous Feed, unfortunately the piece I ordered didn't come with the Top (Lead). They ordered the part from Robot Coupe. Because, they don't have it in stock. Once, I received the piece, I tried to attach it to the Lead I had by my mistake it didn't fit. I tried contacting Webstaurant, you have to contact them through messenger. Which is a huge pain. Once, I finally speak to someone they lead me to the part I am missing (Lead). None of the parts they have match the one I own. I ask them for assistance but then they tell me to contact Robot Coupe. They were not of any help.

I am about to do a huge renovation to our kitchen. I would love for them to assist. But, after all of the experiences they seem useless. I wouldn't recommend...

I really am shocked by the amount of negative reviews. I for one have had a great experience with webstraunt, so they either cleaned up their act or some people lying. I’ve been a customer of webstraunt for about a month now, and any time I’ve had an issue customer service has solved it almost immediately. As far as shipping goes their webstraunt plus program has saved my business hundreds of dollars in shipping. Webstraunt has the lowest prices I’ve found yet! Here is a testament to customer service, about a week ago I got home and found my package had arrived a day before they predicted. Inside the package was a wet floor sign and a roughly 10 pound box of trash bags. The sign was bent. But customer service took care of it. They offered many solutions to fix the issue caused by the carrier. Long story short I’ve never had an issue that could not be resolved and I would definitely recommend webstraunt to anyone looking for restraunt supplies and will continue to...

I ordered 6 gallons in 2-3 gallon bags of Heinz ketchup from the webstraunt store the cost per gallon ended up being $14.83 per gallon. I can go to my local Sam's and get it for $9.98 a gallon in the form of a 3 pack of bottles. This to me seems to be a total rip off it is only for people and businesses whom have money to waste which I'm not one of. They will not at this point have my business in the future. I wish I would have done the math first or atlest read the reviews they have alot of bad reviews. Bit I simply trusted bigger, better, faster. ....Bubkiss don't waste your money.

Thanks for the reply the shipping I mentioned as an added reason not to make the same purchase again the base complaint is the price of the product itself purchasing from you in bulk I paid significantly more than I would have going to my local retailer. I'll remove the part about shipping and give you another star...
