They are a privately owned AT& T ,and the employees who work there are very intimidating. I have filed formal complaints on there deceptive trade practice's ,but they think they are untouchable .However, I will be calling the federal trade commission now .As well as the Attorney General .They lied twice to me to make a sale on both my internet and phone . I came in to make my first cellphone bill payment there machine jammed or something and they said payment didnāt go through however I had proof it did .After I informed them this after they took my money and said oh you canāt talk or say nothing ,and told me I didnāt have to come back call corporate ! Iām standing there in disbelief they retaliated by refusing to help me , pull the camera!! this was the cherry to the cake though today trying to just make a payment was even a disaster , . do yourself a favor drive to Sherman !! It was a wonderful experience, and they helped me get the money back this store stoled 100 from me. today . Donāt use there payment machine they will take the money and run!! Call att & t and make the payment please if there machine jams they get upset and thereās a guy in there looks like he just got out of prison doing the cashier he was mumbling something saying his back hurt.The whole experience was very unpleasant as a paying customer.I couldnāt figure out what was going on but I was trying to express I felt uncomfortable, he got upset and said what in a very rude way .I am a business owner and I would never present myself like that to a customer, no matter what. I almost called the police because they would not help me after they took the payment. I had proof the payment went through, right there on my phone .what they did today ,will be investigated through corporate. They had me crying thinking they robbed me . corporate was right on it ,I was refunded within a few hours because I called and reported it, but it was definitely a strange reaction and transaction though. I have both receipts ,were they took the money and were I was refunded the money.They acted very unprofessional. All 4 of those employees were sitting around .. I was looking around for help ,, despicable and wouldnāt help me !!I was visibly upset and all they had to do was tell me to go to resolve. Att and make a dispute and corporate will get the money back but they refused to help me and took great pride in that response.Call Att t and order directly!! Itās way cheaper too!! I understand you have to make money I understand you have to sell. I used to workfor AT&T maybe not directly, But through a call center. I understand that you have to hard sale, however, that doesn't mean you get to lie, that doesn't mean that your sales associates get to lie to me.
I came to the store in search of a new phone, I had just switched my Service from my old account to my fiance's new account. An robust male approached us and talked to us, after hearing that we wanted to do a 'Trade In' to get a new phone. The employee told me and my fiance that my old phone was worth $800 and that if would reduce the cost of the Ultra. So the $1200 phone would be only be $400. This was an acceptable parameter for a new phone to me. It was also a plus that it was the one phone that I really wanted.
I then return the next day before I have to work to to trade my phone and to give my phone too young so I can get my $800 rebate, A gentleman and more honest informed that the phone had no value. Which made me very irate. I return today to speak with the manager and sort the issue out, However, upon speaking to a manager I was informed that not only was there not not a promotion for the S21 ultra, But there was a promotion for the S22 ultra do ultra and that I would need to go to Walmart buy a phone so I could get $800 off that phone. I will be leaving this entire review on as many review boards as I can so that others can be aware of the deceit at the store.

I went the following Monday to this ATT Store during my lunch because I have insurance. The gentleman informed me I had to submit a claim online. I tried to submit my claim online but it was going to replace it with a phone. I called the insurance and they are unable to repair or replace my watch so they are supposed to give me a refund of $399 minus $100 deductible. After work I went back to this ATT Store to purchase a new Google watch and asked that it replace the line of the old watch. He informed me he couldn't. So then I wanted to cancel my line which he informed me I had to do by phone with customer service then proceeded to sell me the watch for $299. When I got home I called 611 and they informed me that he should have cancelled or replaced the line, because now if I cancel the line after purchasing a new line the watch will raise to $599, doubling. She informed me to return the phone, cancel, then repurchase. So I went back to this store to return the phone where they informed me it would cost $59 restocking fee plus another activation fee, etc... I left the store very upset, my options are going to cost me so much more no matter what: I pay double for the watch, or I keep paying for the line my old watch was on, or I return it for a fee. I am so upset and feel scammed...
