She hadn’t even logged on but listened to my story with patience and kindness. I am a single parent, dropping and picking up my kid to and fro from my work place that has no parking facility. So basically I take bus to reach home, take my car to pickup my kid from an ever under construction road. I am asked to pay 20 dollars for being 4 minutes late. This is second time I am being charged for this money. You don’t understand basic problems of parents, sad and inhospitable. It’s not that I am taking any facility or service from you in 4-5 min when my kid is just under the roof....

Signed my son up for preschool lessons and the communication was awful. Canceling lessons right at the start time, we drove all the way there excited 3 different times to find out it was cancelled and then they told me we would be making the class up and when I showed up they said it must have been a lack of communication and that there was no makeup class.
