I knew what I wanted, so my visit should have been quick. When inside, there was no one around to help me. I found the area that I needed, but still no one around to help me. I'm 70 and use a cane. I hollered a few times. Finally, I ran a girl down. She didn't seem to know much about the products I needed. I got one of five and a discounted bottle of dog shampoo. My husband was angry with me. The temperature outside was hot. There were four dogs in the car plus the one I had. He tried keeping the car running with the A/C on, but the car engine got hot. I had to go back in with no help at the door. The girl just stood behind the register counter and watched me struggle with my dog, cane, purse, and door. She did the same as I went out the door to get another dog to fit a harness on. And when I left again, I had no respect for a customer or an elderly person, cane or not. She watched me struggle with the door, my purse, purchase, and my cane as I left. My dog was already in the car when I was going to switch for another. I hate that I didn't get her name. This was not pleasant. I had walked around in the store. I bought 6 Halloween dog toys and a Dog dress with socks. I am diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I had waited to check out ( no one there) and I started feeling symptoms starting. The cashier came up to the register, however she said, “I will be back to check you out once I go get some chickens “. False advertising and rude management. Went to the counter with one of these halters (small) expecting to pay $19 (+tax) for it... NOPE! When she said my bill would be over $32 I was blown away... brought up the fact that the tag said it was 19. Then the manager got involved and BLAMED ME for "NOT PAYING ATTENTION" even though their employees are the ones who put them in the wrong place.... but you know the real kicker? She reached back there and splayed apart the prices and sure enough, the actual price was hidden behind the price on top (kinda like a little price booklet)... like I was supposed to know that?!? Well, I took my happy butt to walmart and payed half what they were asking for almost the exact same dog halter. NOT...
