9/26/25 supervisor on their personal cell phone while I was waiting to look at jewelry at the front. Proceeded to take two customers while I was waiting there and I made it known I had been waiting. She told me she would take me next. Called for someone else to help me instead of helping while she helped someone who just walked up to line. Unbelievably unprofessional. Told me it was an emergency call. It was on speaker and they were talking about her schedule for the weekend and upcoming week. And still decided to lie to my face and refuse to help me. This is your supervisor. Absolutely disgusting behavior...

This store has excellent bargains however it is too small and over crowded! You can barely get through the aisles and racks. More space is needed for a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience. Why not buy out the former Party Fair store adjacent to Ross and expand? Certainly it would increase business with a greater selection of items and space for shoppers. I also appreciate the Tuesday 10% off senior citizens day but the cramping of the store prevents me from giving a 5 star rating. I do hope Ross can increase it's store space...
