I hired a contractor for a full bathroom renovation and was looking for a jetted bathtub as part of the project. He recommended this vendor, and I was happy to go to an in-person showroom and support a local business. I worked primarily with the owner Mindy on trying to find the right tub for the space while keeping features that were important to me. We met in person, she made some good recommendations, and then we spoke a few times over the phone. Eventually I ordered the tub I thought was a good match over the phone with Mindy.

However, when the tub was delivered to my home, I realized it did not have jets placed in the right areas based on what I was looking for & what we had discussed. The tub was not returnable, so I contacted Mindy for solutions. She was responsive, but unavailable for a while due to work travel - and her proposed solution was to spend double my original budget on another brand new tub (greatly discounted from its original price) with her again instead! When someone receives a product not matching what they need because you didn't listen, and you tell them you can't take it back, the solution isn't offering to have them spend twice as much on the next one! I gave her two stars because she did make efforts to help solve the issue, but her proposed solution was to give herself another commission that was way over my budget! How is that a good solution???

Instead I solved the issue myself - I sold the tub I couldn't use myself on FB marketplace and found myself a better, cheaper tub from Lowes that had the jets I needed and fit my space. I wanted to speak to a real person who would help me in person with finding what I needed, but unfortunately Hanover Bath is interested in taking your money while ignoring what it is you want. I truly wanted to support a local business and was willing to pay more to do so, but when I got screwed I had no choice but to take my business back to a big box store. Gentleman by the name of Tony was extremely rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I was taken back completely by his lack of customer service. Rather than assist with an order, he decided to sit in the lounge area for about 20minutes intentionally waiting for me to leave the store as he was the only one able to assist at the time and was unresponsive nor have anyone else assist. I don’t know if it was borderline racism or if this gentleman simply was just not raised properly growing up but the lack of manners and attitude expressed embodied everything a business DOES NOT want in an employee. Couldn’t be any less pleased with encountering this guy. Will not be coming back nor do I recommend anyone use them if you are dealing with Tony. The woman in charge of the showroom is amazing, she is very polite and day and night compared to some of the apparent creatures that are employed there unfortunately her...

I know next to nothing about plumbing, but came in with detailed pictures of what I had on my current pipe (including measurements) and the name of what shape adapter I needed on the other end.

The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and quickly identified the part I needed, which I easily installed (so can confirm was the correct piece). He even confirmed what I was trying to hook-up to be sure it was the correct fitting-type.

The price was highly competitive: a fraction of what I'd paid for the [incorrect sized] adapter I'd purchased at the big-box general construction store around the corner.
