My friend and I were waiting for the cashier, we had two separate transactions. Cashier #2 called her and we both went with her to do both transactions, at the same time immediately cashier #1 opened up. I took my things and went there, "MIKAELA refused to give me service or process my transaction and choose the next customer. The manager behind her took her side and I gave up, since I didnt wanted to argue with either one of them. I went back to cashier #2 and this nice lady took care of both of us, but she knew what Cashier#1 MIKAELA had done was wrong. CASHIER#1 MIKAELA TURN HER BADGE SO I WOULD NOT SEE HER full name but I ALREADY HAD SEEING HER FIRST NAME AND SO DID THE MANAGER, THEY BOTH TURN THEIR BADGES SO WE WILL NOT REPORT THEM, (they were talking and laughing) This happened today at 1:58pm. It is amazing how can a cashier refused to process a transaction even though I was the next online. I stopped in after work this morning to find an outfit for my sisterâs graduation and realized I had dropped my work ID somewhere in the store. I waited until the customer ahead of me was done, then approached the register and said, âHeyâ â only to be met with a dry, âWhat?â No greeting, no professionalism, just straight attitude.
I explained Iâd dropped my ID and asked if I could leave my number in case someone turned it in. She didnât respond, walked away to get a sticky note, handed me a pen, and called the next customer while I was still right there. I still said thank you even though the energy wasnât returned.
