Five Guys — Restaurant in East Hanover

Five guys is five guys when it comes to food. But this location is terrible. Placed an order online and designated a time. Showed up ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready and the store was not busy at all. Only one couple eating. They're supposed to cook the fries once you get there, but my burger wasn't even made yet. I walked up to the counter and the cashier was going on break. He looked at me out of the corner of his eye and turned around and walked away. There was no one else there and I ended up having to wait about five minutes for anyone else to come out and help me. I've worked in retail and I get that it's impossible sometimes to go on break but all he needed to do was call someone else. His replacement got confused and couldn't find my order, and then eventually made everything but I had to wait nearly fifteen minutes to get my food. Defeats the purpose of...

Stopped in for lunch with my son.... got to say this place needs to really take a step back and observe.... the floor was so slippery I watched everyone who walked through almost fall... looked like they were walking on ice.... that's a lawsuit waiting to happen... all the tables were filthy as well as the restroom... the thing that bothers me the most is the buckets all over catching the water leaking from the roof... one bucket and drip spot was less then a foot from where they were preparing everyone's orders... now I know its hard to find employees... unemployment is paying more.. morale is low..yeah yeah. But where are the owners of this business? I try to be compassionate. I used to get paid on good reviews and demerrited and not compensated for bad ones. This is the second time I've went in this particular Five Guys. Now first let me start with the cashier. The cashier rang up my order but felt like he couldn't understand anything I was saying. It felt unpleasant to be nice to someone taking my order and not being able to tell the difference between a guy and a girl wearing lipstick.

After that I waited patiently for my order and I could hear him talking under his breath about me. Extremely rude and unnecessary.

Now I'm sure you don't just throw food in a bag for a customer but it's like they didn't even try to aim for the cup! My fries ended up being everywhere when I opened my bag.
