Sierra — Local services in East Hanover

I bought a DOG CHEW TOY (tennis balls on either end of strong rope with a rubber, chew tube in the middle). Within 5 minutes my dog had chewed through the tennis balls which had dried out, defective rubber under the exterior fuzz. I brought it back to the store, with my receipt, and asked for either my money back or a store credit. I was told no because (hang on... this has to be the stupidest rationale in the history of stupid retailers...) I had given the item to my dog to chew. I pointed out that that was the purpose of the toy, so the manager was called over and she, too refused to credit me as my dog had chewed the item.... CAUTION TO ALL WHO SEEK TO PURCHASE PET SUPPLIES IN THIS STORE. I WOULDN'T BUY AT SIERRA TRADING...

Amazing store!!!

I’ve visited Sierra yesterday. I must say this place is fantastic, this store has all the accessories for those who go out on adventurous trips and for every outdoor activity.

Wide range of collections in everything. Fishing, hiking, camping, trekking and what not!?

I liked the mini stairs and slanting floor they’ve to trial the experience of shoes.

If you’re an outdoor activity person, this store is for you. Even if not, just visit this store it may inspire you to go out!

Update: I must say that the staffs were very friendly. It was a very nice experience at this store. The collections they’d got jackets and pullovers are huge. Quality of the jackets and the colors...

The fact that I can go into this store and find options for my size is thrilling to say the least! I always have difficulty finding things that look good and are practical in XL, but here I'm never disappointed. Honestly if I lived closer to the store it would be a real problem to my bank account because I'd be there everyday. They have clothing options for men, women, and children. There collections of shoes, sneakers and boots are what I'm always into. I can shop for my dog too which is a plus. The place is well organized and the staff are rather helpful. There outdoor gear is limited but I always seem to find what I need there anyway. The best store out of their chain...
