Place opened up on RT 10 recently and passed a dozen times, finally came and it is all frozen items and some spices. Staff were helpful in getting help picking out items. All the meats are frozen, so they can be reheated and served that day. They have very diverse foods such as venison, alligator, capon!!! If you have never had capon give it a try. Don’t google what it is or tell your guests haha. They have a baby suckling pig! They have Japanese Wagyu A5 quality beef at 99 dollars a pound.
I purchased two single salmon prepackaged with a cedar plank. I put it on the Weber grill indirect heat for 20 minutes. I had put them under the sink water on a bowl for 30 minutes before the grill. I took them off at 145 degrees so they were cooked but a little dry, maybe the seasoning?
I also bought the Wagyu spray to try on a burger. I honestly didn’t taste a difference but it’s probably user error and not doing something right.
I think I’ll try something exciting next time. Will be back again.

Read moreThe place looks cool. It's basically just wall-to-wall freezers with meat. Many varieties of steak, pork, chicken, other animals you wouldn't normally see at a grocery store. They have a small section for frozen fruits and vegetables. And a small section for frozen desserts.
Note that this is not a butcher shop. I don't think anything is cut, prepped or packaged there. I think they've got some facility somewhere where they're doing all of the trimming and prep, and then a truck just delivers Frozen prepackaged raw meats. So they're not going to be able to cut you some to your desired thickness or whatever. But they might already have it prepackaged and we'll show you...
