I was exausted looking for a refrigerator as mine stopped working and had family visiting with lots of food about to go to waste. I stumbled upon Eagle Appliances as I was driving back home and decided to give it a try. I was happily surprised by Sonia and Orlando’s hospitality and attentiveness to my urgency. They even went far and beyond by calling the delivery person to add my delivery for that same day despite him already leaving for the day with all the deliveries for the day. I purchase several appliances but in October 2023 it not only took them over a month to deliver because they kept saying they had issue with delivery but then they charged me $300 additional for installation of a fridge and deliver. when they finally delivered my appliances the delivery men said they don’t install fridge (ice and water). When purchasing your appliances at this location I highly recommend asking for (Laury), I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service, she is not only friendly, but also highly skilled at making sure the customer is satisfied.
