KFC — Restaurant in East Hartford

What really can I say it's KFC. KFC is one of the best fast food places around in my opinion. If you had been here you will know what I'm talking about it can be a little expensive at times but it's definitely worth it. One of the best things about KFC that I like if you get too much food and cannot finish it unlike most fast food places you can reheat it in your microwave and it is still good. Yes I will admit I did watch some of their prices are cheaper but like I said the chicken is so tasty that's worth paying a little extra if you have to they do also have a discount menu for those of you who don't know that it's not a dollar menu but still cheap for example if you're low on cash they got these things they call to-go Cups have a few options that will also fit in your cup holder. They go for around 399 I believe. So if you want good chicken definitely stop by those of you who like spicy chicken they don't really have too much of that there is any that I know of you will have to go to Popeyes for that. But you can get grilled chicken there which I don't believe you can get at Popeye's. I like them both but if you asked me I'd like to see a little bit better but chicken is very good and I do enjoy the spice and you can get it extra spicy if you would like extra spicy is too much if you ask me it's a straight-up hot and the regular is still kind of spicy so if that's what you're after then hit them up otherwise if you want good chicken that's not really spicy at all and just damn good then go to KFC because like I said some stuff at Popeye's for an example is just too spicy everything I can see is good. They also have cakes you can bring home that are pretty cheap I think they go for about 4 bucks and it is a chocolate cake with chocolate chips and they have mini ones too which I'm not sure how much they cost but they are very good II just had by themselves to get...

I purchased a 6pc box and was unpleasantly surprised and disappointed when I got home and saw what was in the box...3 of the 6 pieces didn't even resemble actual chicken parts, they looked like pieces taken from parts. It's disgraceful that they could sell & serve those pieces as a whole piece and feel good about themselves, it shows that this location/workers/manager have no class, low character, lack of respect for customers and complete unprofessionalism. No business can strive successfully with such behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself, you should be put out of business if you continue with this behavior. I will NEVER ever buy from this location again. You need to do better. Your behavior and service is disrespectful & unacceptable. Also the fries were greasy! and I went to use the restroom and it was being cleaned, the young lady just ignored me and made sure she blocked the little walkway without even acknowledging me to let me know how long it would take for me to use it, I left without using it. If you’re ordering KFC you know exactly what you are getting as far are flavors and food quality. This review is to have the buyer be aware if you order via their app. We was traveling back from a family trip and decided to order kfc. They have a pickup later option on the app. I opted to have my food scheduled for later pick up. I scheduled to have my food picked up in one hour. Again, I am assuming but it seems they put my order out immediately. There is no way to verify this but they must of placed my food out very prematurely.
