Pizza Time — Restaurant in East Hartford

Honestly I did not want to write this review but after coming to this location many times I just feel like they don't care ever. I ordered wings from here and they claim to be jumbo wings (which they definitely are not). I asked for all drums and paid extra for it to come home and find out that there is both flats and drums mixed. 10 of my wings are hardly covered in sauce and they taste as if they have been not cleaning their oil. I ordered 40 wings and two party size pizzas so you would think they would care enough to make sure the food is of quality. I live 20 minutes away but ordered from here since it's halal. I called back to tell them and his response was that you can drive back and get new wings. This would now make my drive 40 mins total back and forth, by this time the other food would be cold. I ordered over 60$ worth of food and I fell asleep cause I work 12 hour shifts and they never reimbursed me for the food I ordered ! they kept telling me they would call me back I am so disappointed that I had to go back so many times for my money and still haven’t received it it’s been almost a month….if you want trust don’t trust these people I didn’t wanna order from them again being scared they’d do something to my food so be careful they could even be giving your card number overseas so be careful!!!! Then on top of it the dude was cleaning the fridge with the sodas and the counter tops at the same time with the same rag oh HELL NAH TALK ABOUT SANITARY!!! I ordered a 4 and 8 piece chicken with fries garlic bread and salad with a 2L Sprite waited 20mins for them to call me and tell me they're out of chicken. I told them give me a few wings to make it equivalent to my order. I waited an hr for them to show up and they're literally 5min away,w just the 4piece combo and for my meal only wings also no soda. I called back and was told they can only send the salad cause they didn't charge me for the soda even though the man I spoke to recalled me ordering it, I was toldt have to recharge me even though they messed up the order. Also I asked for the wings to be crispy and got them soggy, I will never order from here again!!
