I recieved a call from them confirming they received my persciption and to set up an appointment from Scott, who was so kind, and personable. He made me feel that I was a wanted client. I believe this is a great time saving service and note that it was the same day that I spoke with my doctors office about what happenes next. At my appointment the receptionist was kind and helpful. She was smiling, you could tell because you could see it in her eyes. She introduced who I was to meet next to go over my information. Ty was an awesome person to work with and learn from! He was patient ,upbeat and explained the information in a succinct manner checking to confirm I understand. He allowed me time to work on my own to be sure I had it . He certainly made sure I had the information I needed, that I was comfortable in asking questions and understood that I was welcome to reach out for follow up questions because I was given his number and email. I want to add I have been to another such company to compare services and by far Lehigh Valley Respiratory FAR outshined in every way! Great job guys...
Read moreYikes...so sad Lehigh Valley Respiratory Care is now part of AdaptHealth. My experience, thus far, has been dismal. Just as others noted, my order arrived with a correct packing slip but all of the wrong products. When I called to correct, it took some bouncing around and repeating of information to finally speak to someone. This someone had a odd chip on her shoulder from the get-go. Her tone was reprimanding and, as I tried to explain what mask I should have received, she cut me off and told me I was wrong (as though I didn't sleep with it smashed onto my face every night). I looked it up online while we spoke and clarified that SHE was wrong, and the mask ordered was exactly as I had been describing to her ... but not what I received. The re-shipment and return process are yet to be, so fingers crossed.

Read moreI met with Barry Yeager to go over the usage of my machine and immediately found Barry to be a great person who represented your company and product extremely well. Barry was not only very knowledgeable however he also took the time to make sure that I understood the machine, its abilities and also took the time to answer my questions in detail. As I left the office I not only felt confident, excited and knowledgeable about my new machine however I also felt like Barry was just a phone call away and more then willing to give me the best answers and advice should I have any questions, concerns or comments about my machine.
