The Traveling Tap — Local services in East Hempfield Township

I could not recommend The Traveling Tab more for your bartending needs and services. I had to cancel the original bartending service we contracted due to a lack of communication a few months out from the wedding. After realizing I needed to switch services, I read into The Traveling Tab and scheduled a call with Amber. I was on a week-long work trip and my time during the day was very limited, but Amber was willing to have a conversation later in the day. The meeting also went over the scheduled meeting time as I had so many questions after having to cancel our first vendor. She was so helpful with all her answers and recommendations. She and her team were willing to take us on two months out from our wedding, which was amazing.

While we originally planned to buy alcohol ourselves and only hire bartenders, we ended up switching our plan and working with TTT to secure the alcohol in addition to providing bartenders. It was a huge time- and stress-saver. Even though it’s an additional cost, it is highly worth it and they are easy to work with on this!

Their signature mixed drinks were delicious! They worked with us to choose two signature drinks that were big hits with our guests, an apple pie drink and a lemon drop drink. We were unsure what we wanted and were happy TTT helped us select signature drinks that were very well-received. They are very knowledgeable about how much alcohol to order and have on hand. The bartenders were great too! There were two on staff with a third to help with big waves and to help restock.

The Traveling Tap was by far, one of the best decisions we made on our wedding day! I am so glad we used them. This company/business plan is just genius. I was OVERWHELMED with the thought of gathering all of the alcohol for our wedding. I didn’t really know what to get or how much, but also the transporting of everything, and storage of all of it just seemed impossible Amber, Tim and Cassidy are helpful, quick to respond and offered guidance on the best options based on their knowledge and experience and we knocked it out of the park. Cassidy even helped me decide and talk through whether to do a champagne toast or not… she was engaged and helpful and we ended up saving some money on that end with her insight. The process was seamless. I didn’t have to think of alcohol at all, except at the end of the night when the open bottles were loaded into my car. If your venue does not provide alcohol. I would NOT GET MARRIED without Traveling Tap. They’re insightful, helpful, friendly, work within your budget and handle the purchasing, drop off, and RETURNS of the alcohol! Amber and the team over at Traveling Tap absolutely hit it out of the park with their service and specialty cocktail flavors! We threw a lot at them - wanting something SpongeBob themed; a bourgeoise flavor to match the Bride's tastes; a more suave drink to match the Groom's personality AND something fun for kids and non alcoholic drinkers. They did it! The flavors were sweet, sour, and savory! Pairing so so well with our saltier food options and with some amazing dry and more bitter flavored beers to cut the sweet dessert flavors we had goin'! We had special requests to match and account for our out of towner favorite IPAs that the traveling tap team managed no problem. And did we love our tasting session?! UHM, AMAZING!! Our tasting felt like a mini date, given the cocktail lessons we went thru and amazing opportunity to taste the difference when mixers are made from scratch and with real ingredients. Que Bella!
