My adult daughter and I went shopping here today. This is a store my daughter loves and shops often, with much success. She tried on a lot of clothes in multiple sizes and colors, and placed the unwanted items neatly on the return rack in the dressing room. We spent about an hour in the store. We realized at some point, though, that two of the women working the floor seemed irritated by us and I overheard them complaining about us to each other. And their dirty looks didn’t go unnoticed. Unacceptable behavior! If the store would prefer that customers return their unwanted items to the appropriate location, please remove the rack from the dressing room. My daughter did spend nearly $400 today, so it wasn’t like she tried on half the store without buying anything. This has never happened to us in this store before. Definitely ...

I had a deeply disappointing and racist experience at this store. As a brown, Indian woman with a stroller, I was immediately watched like a thief from the moment I entered. A staff member followed me around, and after I left the trial room, a woman aggressively took the clothes from me “to hold in the back” even before i gave my response. She rang them up without a word, avoided eye contact, and treated me coldly even when I tried to engage politely.

When the alarm went off as I left, I was treated like a criminal—handing over $200 worth of items while being scrutinized. Worst part? They forgot to remove a hard tag. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing, she snapped, “We’re all human, we make mistakes,” and told another staff member to “just give her an extra coupon.” Still no eye contact.

WORST customer service, my friends and me went shopping and my friend forgot her wallet, we came back to get it right before they were closing, the store manager rudely, disrespectful told us to step outside closed the door and said we had to wait . We are out of state needing to get in the road to head and this lady did not care, took a very long time to give back my friend her belongings. NEVER coming back and I hope some one talks to this so...
