MAJIK Rent-To-Own — Local services in East Lampeter Township

I'm currently renting with them. I pay every month. Yet the day before, the day of and if I am running late, the day after I am absolutely inundated with phone calls and texts regarding their "friendly" reminders. Life happens, sometimes you have to make choices that cause your credit to drop. And in order to have a working appliance you rent to own. We all hope to pay by the time the grace period ends, but sometimes things happen in life that you can't, and end up paying three times the amount than if you had gone to a retail store. That's bad enough, but bring harassed by staff who calls and texts over and over is the worst part of dealing with this company. It's christmas week and I asked if I can pay double my next payment date, and was told no, and then was called two more times being asked when was I going to come in and pay. It is absolute harassment and I will make it a priority to pay off my stove and be done with them. Do not rent from them. It's really been a terrible experience. One more thing, originally I was renting a fridge and washer dryer from them but sent them back. They made me wait two weeks before picking them up because there was no room in the schedule. This store has the best amazing customer service ever. Yvonne and everyone else are the most helpful caring people you could meet in this business. I would recommend them to everyone. We have tvs, washer and dryer, bed sets, laptops, snow blower ect. The quality of product is perfect as well. We only had one issue with our dryer and as soon as I told them they didn't ask any questions they came took it fixed it while giving me a loaner and its been fine ever since. As soon as I call they answer any of my questions without a wait. If I walk in they serve me immediately and get the answers I need. I always leave feeling good about the service I received. I also always leave happy and laughing cause they are like one big family. The delivery guys are just as fun and pleasant . Unfortunately I don't know all of their names as I have had many deliveries. but they always take time to set things up and help. They also are funny and you can tell they enjoy the job they do. The actual manager of the store is very helpful and some of the employees are, but unfortunately lack of communication and a horrific accounts "recovery specialist" with customer service skills that would get you fired at McDonald's ruins the place. You can speak with them three times in a week and verify the same payment arrangement just to be called three more times and told you made an arrangement that is completely different than you ever made...they've lost paperwork we've given them, charged fees by accident SO many times, even told me on the phone I had things rented I've never rented from them! They are SO disorganized and the "recovery specialist" needs fired ASAP, she's not making anyone pay any faster, I've almost decided to never pay another dime and tell them to just sue me all because of her on numerous occasions!
