I've never been in a Drive-Thru that has taken as long as this one. Even for the most basic, one person order. Plus, by design, once you've reached the area where you place your order, you're trapped. I've sat in that line for over 25 minutes, and can't get out, because of how that drive-thru is designed. For their sake, I really hope it's just a matter of them being terribly understaffed, but I doubt that's the problem. Upper management really needs to step in and clear house. Absolutely terrible service, atrociously slow, and not a single care for the customer.

I've returned since writing this review. One car ahead of me in the drive through. I sat behind him for 10 minutes before opting to back out, park, and order inside. One person ahead of me. Everything I've observed about this place is terrible. Everything behind the kitchen is a mess. Employees moving very slow. Little interest of engagement with the customers. Very unwelcoming vibe. It feels like everyone who works here hates their job. It's a pretty sad sight.
From the time I pulled into the drive through from the time I left from the inside with food in hand, 31 minutes total. Nothing fast about this fast food place.

The drive-thru takes so long that I wouldn't go if there were more than two cars. I have waited over half an hour in there just to get to the speaker and still have to wait another 10 - 20 minutes to get my food at the window. Then the customer is pretty terrible too. They have rarely gotten my order correct and the employees are less than pleasant. I get that it's not the greatest job but why be rude as a default?
They have an odd setup as far as their parking lot (very small) and especially their drive-thru. Once you get to the speaker and make your order, you are stuck because they have a small, very unnecessary little curb on the passenger side of the car.
I went there after it snowed and since the parking lot had not been plowed very well, my van slid after I placed my order and went off that curb. You couldn't even tell there was a curb there because of all the snow. I got stuck. They came out and basically just let me sort it out myself. They offered no assistance. I had to call a tow truck to get it moved. Well, their drive-thru was shut down for a good while.

Poor she took it out on us. Then they switched off with another employee without announcing to us she was going to switch off with another employee being extremely rude. I asked for a manager and received yet another rude employee to the point where I was being given the run around to speak to a manager, which then caused me to have to park my car and get out to speak to the manager inside … and when he spoke with this manager, he was ignorant of the fact that his employees and was rude with very much bad customer service in fact he defended his employee admitting he didn’t hear the conversation. Refusing to serve us after the order was already placed. Poor management poor customer service, their hospitality sucks.
