I'm torn with this review. The food was good. The price was right. They have your typical diner faire. Wait staff was nice. While the building is unassuming and easily passed if you're not looking for it, the environment was what you'd expect, and, really, love about a true small-town greasy spoon diner. My biggest issue was the wait for the food. It took 35 minutes to serve the food in the pic (Mickey pancakes and hash browns... what they called home fries...for my kiddo and a heart attack on a plate for me... sunny side up eggs, sausage, toast and hash browns). In their defense, they were busy. But I've been to busier diners that got the same amount and quality of food on our table in 10 minutes. So, if you go to the Bridgeport, which I recommend, go in knowing you'll be fed well for a great price. But, also go in being prepared to wait a little for your meal. If you're patient, you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you're impatient, they sell newspapers outside the building. Like a lot of regulars do, you might want to grab one to read while waiting. Or, you might want to look elsewhere. For a lover of diners and breakfast food like myself, it was worth the wait.

Cute family diner, friendly staff, fair prices, quality food. What more do you want from a diner? WiFi password: food1655 (poster to the right of the register if it changes) I went here with my son, and we both loved our meals. The $4 kids meal is an excellent value. It includes a micky mouse pancake (fills a 9" plate to the edges), two strips of bacon and an egg. I got the Greek omelet and it was well prepared and came with a reasonable amount of potatoes and two slices of toast. We did wait 5 minutes or so in the beginning before anyone noticed we were there, but they were pretty busy, and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. As we were leaving a waitress came up to my son and gave him a plastic cup and a quarter to get some candy out of the machine in the lobby. Great family atmosphere. Forgot to take a picture when the food rolled out...but at least you know a 3 year old loved it. He never clears a plate like that.

I went on a Saturday morning not knowing it was the busy time for the restaurant but is was worth every minute I was there for a great breakfast. I sat at the diner style bar and ordered a veggie omelet and French toast. It took about 15 minutes to get my food but it was worth the wait. The home fries were cooked perfectly and the omelet was great. The service was awesome, as my coffee cup and iced tea were never empty. I really enjoyed this place, and if I am back in the area, I will be back!

Have eaten before. Never left a review. Probably a 3-4 most of the time. But I ran into an employee with a really nasty attitude. Friday 3/15/2024 i am guessing around 1 PM I went in to the back of the retsurant (by the bathrooms). I was looking for a community billboard. You know with flyers and business cards for local businesses: Grass cutting in patricular. I thought I saw ow on in a little alcove. I was wrong. It was more of an employee room with HR flyers posted on the wall.

But a woman about 60 YO Grey hair, short, medium-heavy build. Horrendous attitude. Her voice indicated a real disdain for me. I guess she thought I was going to steal something. Just a nasty a really bad attitude. At least she should be talked to. I will erase my review once I know she has been dealt with in an approriate manner. Until then I willnow try Alice's Restaurant just up the...
