CVS — Local services in East Lampeter Township

This is one of the absolute worst CVS’s in Lancaster County. They are consistently out of medication’s that are very common and should stay stocked, they are closed on holidays when other non-24 hour CVS pharmacies are open, and it seems like they are never capable of filling scripts the same day they are called in whether that medication is in stock or not. The whole pharmacy is just generally managed poorly. Don’t get me wrong there’s some great individuals that work there but unfortunately those who do their job poorly outweigh those who do their job well. The only reason I have not switched pharmacies is that it’s too much work to get new scripts sent elsewhere for my medically complex disabled sister. I usually don't complain. If any problems should happen to arise the pharmacist has always helped to resolve the problem. My complaint is with a staff member. She is Asian and can barely speak English. And I am serious! I asked her to let me know what medications were ready to be filled so I could come down and get them. First she gave me a hard time. she didn't want to help me, then She rambled off medications that No one would be able to understand! I will go to cvs and get the info inperson and wait for them to be filled. But Im going to contact the regional office. I once got someone else's prescription! If I had taken it I would have fallen asleep driving to my second job!!! Drive thru is ridiculous, I was there over an hour!!! The pharmacist is RUDE! After waiting an hour went inside the store and person is on her phone, one person is scanning all the orders they have in the bins! And who knows what the pharmacist was doing. All I know is that I was sitting in my car in the drive thru and no one ever came to wait on me!!!!!!!! Going to another place, I am done with...
