Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

It looks like a dirty place when you walk in, which, whatever I have pretty low standards for a fast pizza joint like this. I will say, Lil Cheesers has come a long way in terms of food quality (When Prepared PROPERLY) but this location sucks. I live right down the road and it's been more often than not that I've had to wait 15-20 minutes or MORE for what's supposed to be "Hot and Ready".

My experience last night was the worst that I've had. Ordered one deep dish pepperoni. Wasn't told that there would be a wait. After waiting about 5 minutes I decided to sit down. I guess there was another customer who ordered the same thing before I did who had already been waiting. After about 20 minutes (luckily we were both very patient) the first customer got his pizza. Another person walked in, who apparently called ahead, and took what I'm assuming was MY deep dish pizza. There were no other deep dish pizzas ready. The manager was called to the front, so I stepped up to the counter and asked if my pizza had been put in the oven yet, to which she replied hastily "oh no we definitely have deep dish pizza"; not answering my direct question at all. So I waited a few MORE minutes because at this point I just want my pizza. FINALLY got it, went to go get the 2 liter of Mt. Dew that I paid for out of the fridge, and there were none. Yet there were plenty of full crates of Mt. Dew 2 liters at the bottom of the stacks sitting next to the fridge. Just tired of dealing with the same crappy service time and time again. There's literally 2 other pizza places within stone throwing distance of this location, I'll just go to one of those instead...

Greg W. Maybe he is the owner there I am not sure but he is completely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't ordering quick enough and he got very feisty with me. Continued to tell me that I could go to any other pizza shop and wouldn't get pizzas quick as what he could give me yet his hot and ready oven was empty. I told him I saw one pizza in the oven and said I would take that but he still continued to rush me along as if I wasn't ordering quick enough. I asked him to turn down his attitude and he told me I need to tone down mine. Then when my credit card was in the machine I wasn't pushing the buttons fast enough so he decided to press yes and except the amount before I even had a chance to read it. I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he told me too bad I'm the owner this is who you get!! Again very rude very feisty very unprofessional. He is the big tall bald guy in there. I've had two separate encounters with him. Both times he was very rude. I asked the employers if he treats them like this too and they shook...

This particular location is horrible, I believe it's either management or employee cause of the horrible service. I have tried to call this location to make an order I can pick up on the way home from work, no one ever answers the phone. It's either ignored or left off the hook, I've placed an order in person and questioned the phone issues. As I questioned the phone issue, I noticed their phone sitting off the hook. So phone calls are intentionally ignored by both staff and management. The prior staff was always on top of it, it seems like a completely new staff now and the customers are not the priority. The franchise owner that owns this location on Lincoln highway should be involved with this issue, and resolve it. This location is very convenient for me on my way home from work, but there are many more locations and other pizza places around. I have no issues going out of my way to another location or pizza shop, if my business isn't going...
