0n 2/23/23 just prior to their lunch break I called from out of state/sick/was having a family member get my meds together to be brought to me by another family member (a trucker) I came across THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST YOUNG FEMALE on the other end of the phone who seemed to THINK she was”cool”/above me! REFUSED to help because I called to close to lunch ( I actually called ahead but I was on hold FOR A VERY LONG TIME). I PLEADED with her for help! I called a manager who was of some help or at least tried but… my order “conviently” got messed up & was shoved WAY behind my place in line. She also just happened to suddenly “ lose phone connection” with me when I could hear her just FINE as she chuckled to a co-worker stating “FORGET THIS SHIT” she can call back AFTER LUNCH as she HUNG UP ON ME “ ACCIDENTALLY”. Of course I called right back but… they phones were done until after lunch!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS CVS AT ALL COST! If she acts like this on the phone, I can only imagine her behavior in person!! I’ve been a CVS customer since way back when they bought out my local rite-aid in New Holland & transferred to that branch so I’ve been a customer OVER 20 YEARS at several area branches and NEVER GOT TREATED SO HORRIBLE IN MY LIFE!!! STAY AWAY… I wish I could leave negative stars for her behavior!!! I DO BELIEVE ITS TIME TO FIND A...
Read moreI just switched to CVS from Walgreens about a year ago. My neighbor told me, the hours are longer, good customer service and definitely closer to where I live. I submitted a prescription 4 days ago, so it would be ready today. The pharmacist had 4 days to have it ready along with 2 others I had to get. In all the years of filling a prescription. Hopped in my car and drove over, in person she told me, I can get this script 2 days early??? Chloe, the Pharmacy manager was yelling, for 3 days I am waiting for a script to be filled. .I called on the 2nd day, and a pharmacy tech said to me on the phone, "I won't even fill your script", well she was only a tech, she can't fill a prescription. I remained calm, and Chloe and the tech were totally out of control. I went again to CVS on Lincoln Hwy, this time, recording Chloe, I reminded her, there are HIPPA laws which apply to drug stores too, as she had been screaming on the phone, naming my script in front of all of the pharmacy staff and customers. I mentioned, "all you had to say, was we are out of stock, and expect your script on, ??", she didn't say anything. I called my insurance company, they told me, when they call this CVS, the staff screams at them too. Chloe should definitely not be working in any type of drug store, horrible customer service skills, zero comprehension...
Read moreI just switched to this pharmacy as it is on my way home and convenient. The first time I stopped the person manning the consultation area was rude to the customer in front of me. I let it do because I did not witness the full exchange between them. When I went to pickup my prescription the women at the register was not really paying attention to what she was doing. before she finished ringing me up she asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I showed her an empty item I had in my hand and asked which isle it was, she told me she was too busy to help me. What was the point of asking, RUDE. I had transferred another prescription online and received an email confirmation that it was ready to pick up on the 16th after 4. I stopped on the AM of the 17th and they had no record of the transfer. I said I would call back on the 19th to see if it was ready then. I called on the 19th and the person that answered the phone kept interrupting me. I asked that he stop, and he interrupted me before I could get that out. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with CVS and will not be using them no matter how far out of my way I...
