Horrible Horrible person waited on us. 6/1/24 Calcutta 170 Giant Eagle Plaza location.. There with my 80 yr old mother and this short creepy blonde haired girl with bad tattoos all over started immediate yelling at us about not stacking coupons soon as we walked up to the counter. We had no idea at first because she said it so fast in order to confuse my mother. Every command and question about what we wanted was screamed at my mother with this over the top attitude which was totally DISGUSTING. I wanted to go off on her but kept my composure because that won't resolve anything. Horrible human being. Employees were dismissive and argumentative, claiming that they were not allowed to give refunds and were saving me money by ringing up my order incorrectly. I had to stand at the register and repeat myself to no less than three employees and wait for them to call their manager to get the issue sorted out. Meanwhile the line behind me got angry I did not want to simply donate the extra money to the store.
