McKinney's Furniture — Local services in East Liverpool

I appreciate the owner's feedback. However, even with a 15% discount on the couch--the store was having an in house sell on most couches of 15%, you never sell a floor model for the same/full price. New furniture is at least 200-300% mark-up value. Besides this point, it demonstrates the deception of selling us a floor model w/o our acknowledgement. If we didn't catch this by taking pictures, y' all would have let us believe we received brand new furniture. Very disappointing for a family/community...

Great sales horrible customer service. Will never recommend to my worst enemy. Bought a bed frame and mattress. Was told it would not be longer than two weeks. Called them to ask where it was they won’t even pick it up from the manufacture until after the two weeks and won’t be at my house until after 3 weeks of purchase. What started out as a 'not pleasant' experience turned right around after receiving a call from Greg McKinney. We had purchased a recliner that wasn't up to our expectations. Repairs were done but we still weren't happy with the results. Mr. Mckinney took care of our problem immediately and we are more than happy with the results. I will return to the Calcutta store for future purchases...
