Would give a zero but google won't let me. My wife booked a hair appointment for my daughter, online for her 1st day back to elementary school. My wife called the shop to confirm the appointment, and was never told that she needed to schedule on another App. When my wife and daughter showed up at the shop for the appointment the stylist was unprofessional and never tried to fix the issue, and my daughter had to go elsewhere. The stylist showed my wife a text that she sent and (my wife never recieved) saying she needed to rebook her appointment using a different app. Now when my wife called the salon to confirm days after this text was supposedly sent, the appointment was confirmed by the hairdresser, and there was no talk of rebooking. In my opinion the customer is always right especially when the customer books an appointment then calls to confirm and then the salon confirms the appointment. After that point, if something goes wrong the shop should be trying to fix the problem, rescheduling the appointment or something. This is just the mind of a father that had to listen to...

This is the best salon/beauty supply plus location in the Manchester, PA area. Each time I entered through the door I left feeling wonderful and very well satisfied. Michelle was my hair dresser for four years. She always gave me the best hair advice and always recommended the best products for my hair. Her husband was always respectful and helpful. This salon would have what ever is needed for your hair, no matter the texture or type of hair you have. I left the PA area in 2023 and wished I could have brought Michelle with me. Love this store!!!!! Right when you walk in the door you are hit with a wonderful aroma, and good music. Very much a vibe! I am always greeted and asked if I need any help. They are very knowledgeable with helping me with any new hairstyles I want to try. They have everything I need. If they don't ( I highly doubt) they can try to order it. I've been tired of having to travel to find the hair products that I need. The location is perfect for me!!...
