I have shopped here for the past couple years for vape juice. I’ve had to very bad customer service problems. First one was they charged me $80 for a little tiny mod that leaks juice so bad I have to wrap it with a paper towel so I don’t get juice in my hands constantly. The other situation just happened today. I bought a bottle of juice. Got to work and realized the juice in the box was 0mg nicotine and it was supposed to be 3mg. The juice is totally clear. Spent $25. And the lady I talked to when I called said i don’t know what to tell you they all look like that. I have been using this juice for a year straight at least. I know what it’s supposed to look like. They won’t take a return of the product even though it isn’t what I was supposed to get. This place is a rip off!!! Do NOT give them your money. They don’t care about their customers at all. Unbelievable. The juice is Vapetasia Rainbow Road. It is definitely always an amber color and she tried telling me it isn’t. This is a great location, easy to get in and out of the lot. The store itself was clean, and the clerk was friendly and helpful. The store is set up in a strange way though. There is a huge display with vape products and such- which was why I was there. If you're just starting to vape, or you're not looking for menthol options, or if you're looking specifically for roll your own stuff, tobacco related things- I'd think you'd be thrilled with this place. This place is a joke and doesn't stand by their products. I purchased a mini Geek Bar. It is supposed to give 1500 hits. It was dead in under 24 hours. Took it back and the black guy refused to replace or refund because it was "used". Any other shop would have taken care of the issue. And for over $14, that was a total rip off. Stay away from them. If a business cant stand by their products, they aren't worth doing business with. I will be contacting the BBB...
