Burger King — Restaurant in East Moline

The East Moline Burger King was clean (inside/outside/and bathrooms), the woman at the counter was friendly, and the two Whoppers we had were perfect. We really like the whopper compared to a McD's quarter pounder--larger/more juicy/and you can customize the condiments so it is exactly what you want (unlike McDs quarter pounder where you end up with a little sprinkle or squirt of condiment in the center of the burger).

We used the Burger King app to order while inside the restaurant. If you've never tried it before, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. With the app we got two whoppers for $5 instead of the current two for $6 special. The app lets you custom order all the individual condiments on each sandwich: delete/add a little, regular amount, and add extra. You have a credit card linked to your account, and the order goes in immediately-- no standing in line. We received our food quickly, and exactly as ordered.

On Demeber 2nd I tried to place one order around an hour before closing. The app kept lagging and crashing but I tried to place it because the food was for my friends too. I always tip the workers $10 if I place an order an hour or less before close. The app ended up placing the order twice. I had screenshots of my order number and bank statements. I called the afternoon manager, Trish I think was her name. She hung up on me after yelling at me. We were only on the phone for a minute and thirsty seconds. Kept interrupting me too. Called corporate, left a complaint and they said they'll give me a refund. Its Jan 12 and I still have yet to get any refund.

Also everytime I order online, they pull me upfront and bring my food out to me. Which is fine but I've almost bee late to work multiple times because it takes them around 15-25 minutes on average for a FAST FOOD restaurant to bring me my food? Dosent matter if theres 5 or no cars besides me, always takes them hella time. Waste of...

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The past 5 times we have gotten food from here it has been horrible, but tonight is by far the worse. First off we asked for everything to be fresh… The two kids meals I received the fries were double dipped and burnt the kids nuggets were cold, and they didn’t come with a kids toy, the whopper sandwich had hardly any sauce I mean like a little dot on the patty, and the chicken sandwich had no condiments on there when I asked for no royal sauce, heavy mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Every time we seem to get food from this horrible business the order is never right, I try to call every time and their phone is just magically off the hook. It’s pretty sad that I’d rather drive an additional 15 mins to a different Burger King or just go to McDonald’s than eat...
