Naples best Appliances — Local services in East Naples

I bought a washer dryer stack for $750 before tax. I was given a two month warranty for it. I will give them credit as I was about two days past my warranty when I went in to talk to them because the washer was leaking water. Thankfully they let me bring it in to have it looked at under the warranty. I received a call the next day saying that they ran it 10 time as never saw it leaking water but they did replace the transmission tubing. I brought it back home on 22 April this year and now it is leaking water again. At this point I would have to take off work load it in a truck I don’t have to take it back in only to be told I am no longer under warranty and it’s magically not leaking water. Posting this to inform others. Buyer beware!!! Refer to the photos for actual water leak. I am adding this last part as I cannot reply to the owners response: we asked, with other people present, if how we were transporting it in a truck was ok. The owner responded multiple times yes it is fine. It will be ok like that. The fact that every bad review he gets on here he responds and immediately blames the customer for everything says a lot. My delivery fee was more than $50 for my location and I did not have a problem paying for delivery but I had the truck available that day. If picking it up and bringing home my self was going to damage anything(which it did not) he should have said something in advance and recommended delivery not tell me everything will be fine with it. Again read the responses to all the reviews as you will know who you are dealing with, a business owner with no accountability and someone who turns straight to insults when receiving negative reviews....

I have bought several appliances over the last nine or ten years from Jose at Naples Used Appliances. At first, years ago I was skeptical because the store is bare minimum, no flashing signs, no banners, no salesmen or saleswomen to greet you dressed in suits... just appliances. Yesterday I bought another washer. There were several opportunities for Jose to be dishonest - but Jose NEVER has been dishonest. Even one of his top guys named Elder(sp?) could have pocketed a few $$ at my expense BUT like Jose DIDN'T. When I first started going to N. Used Appliances I thought that it was like a yard sale, or a car lot and thought I had some price negotiating to do - not so! He has fair prices and a 30 day warranty on good, clean used appliances, so now I think of his store and his prices like Lowes or The Home Depot. Some of his appliances are so clean they almost look new, I didn't ask but the only thing I can figure is that some of his appliances must have come out of model homes or condos in the area(?) Nevertheless, you might get a better deal if you search the internet for days, drive all over S.W. Florida then find some way to haul, and then someone to install your appliance - HOWEVER, if you need something now, and it doesn't have to be brand new, then this is the place to go! I rarely give 1 star especially to a small business but in this case it is one too many stars. I firmly believe in supporting the little guy but this guy "Jose" is a thief and a liar. I have over the years given him the benefit of the doubt but I purchased a "new" dryer 2 month's ago and it went out. I was 50 miles away and he said he couldn't do anything over the phone. I left early and barely made it there when he was closing at 1500 (3pm) and said ok I am here and was told for the second time that "we all have problems " so not only did I loose a half a days pay but also the money I gave him for the dryer originally that he said he would stand behind no matter what for a year but also I had to buy a new dryer, thank you Home Depot. This guy is what is wrong with small retailers and why I will now shop the box stores. Waste of time don't buy...
