Server was fine for appearing overwhelmed.. granddaughter didn't receive her elf hot chocolate until the middle of our meal. The elf pancakes came out without the red and green sprinkles so I asked, because for a 3 year old, that is what made her decision on what to order.. the server brings an entire container of Jimmie sprinkles and pours over the pancake .. it is what it is, but as shown in photo, the pancake was not eaten lol.. I order a medium rare steak which I had sent back not once, but twice and still was super over cooked.. but hey, I take fault for ordering a steak at IHOP lol.. the thing that got me, is they expected me to pay for the steak which was uneaten, as shown in a photo below.. sorry, not going to happen .. manager never even came over to see about the issue.. nor, did no one apologize. Wasn't the server's fault, as she didn't prepare it but could have still showed like she cared a bit that her customer wasn't satisfied.. seemed like she was new so hopefully with experience she understands how to be personable and compassionate for her customers. Was never offered refills with our empty glasses. We are just here visiting so no worries about going back . Our IHOP in Kentucky sucks also so it must just be the chain itself.. wouldn't recommend unless you keep quiet and take what you get, and don't finish your drink. On a positive, nothing wrong with our third partys order. Receive everything as asked and tasted delicious.. that's what have it the 3rd star!! Maybe some retraining in the kitchen. I serve myself, so no hard feelings for the server.. she was at least trying, just needs some more experience but still received a 40 % tip so she doesn't get discouraged!! Sherri...

I came in for a classic breakfast, and wow—did they deliver. The Original Buttermilk Pancakes were everything IHOP is famous for: fluffy, golden, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Paired with the perfectly cooked bacon and eggs, it was the kind of satisfying breakfast that hits all the right notes.
What really impressed me was how clean and well-managed everything was. Even during a busy brunch rush, the staff remained attentive and efficient. Coffee never ran dry, plates were cleared quickly, and every request was met with a “happy to help” attitude.
The menu is packed with variety—from hearty breakfast combos to lighter options and even burgers and sandwiches for lunch. There really is something for everyone. I also appreciated the affordable prices, especially considering the portion sizes (come hungry!).
IHOP isn’t just about food—it’s about comfort, consistency, and a little slice of home. Whether you’re craving pancakes at midnight or a relaxing family brunch on Sunday morning, this place hits the mark every time.
Highly recommend this location. A+ service, food, and experience. Can’t wait...
Read moreWell I can definitely see now why I hear more bad reviews than good reviews about IHOP. The only thing that actually tasted good was the strawberry banana pancakes, (voted an IHOP favorite). My eggs were overcooked from how I ordered them, the pork sausage links were fatty and should of been cooked a bit more. The hashbrowns were undercooked and half way through I had to push the plate away because of the amount of undercooked potato. The sampler was awful, the "tenders" were really chicken nuggets that left such a bitter taste I wouldn't even feed my dog them. The marinara tasted and smelt like alcohol, we immediately spit out our bites after trying it. Never in my life have I left a restaurant with leaving that much food still left on the plates. Our waitress was very quiet and minimal, we barely had any interaction with her. I understand she was by herself but there was less than 10 tables the entire time, most with only 2 people,(who were already eating when we came in), it was a bit ridiculous how long the wait times were between everything. For a good portion of our dining experience there was some door alarm going off that was being ignored, even when the cook was just standing back there between orders. Overall this was a really disappointing location and experience. It took everything in me to see it from...
