She’s not a terrible doctor but her receptionist staff are unprofessional. They never pick up the phone and when they do they are abrupt and just hang up in your face . They were suppose to relay a message for the doctor and her assistant regarding my medication refill/transfer for my grandmother and I and they never did. I would call for a week straight and nothing gets done on their end. It’s evil what they are doing. Whenever the doctor is around they save face but majority of the time they are so rude and often talking bad about patients amongst each other. I was referred to get a cervical MRI on the may 8th she gave me referral. I called imaging office in west Orange and made a appointment for MRI for the 13th of May. I get to appointment it has been cancelled. ( No authorization) from insurance. I made another appointment for the 20th of May to get MRI done. Meanwhile I call my insurance carrier. They said they never received a order from Dr Clark office for MRI authorization. The appointment on the 20th was cancelled also for no authorization. I love this doctor, she is understanding. But I’m not sure what’s going on when I need my paperwork sent to MVC. Due to important paperwork not being sent on time to MVC I am always getting my license threatened or sometimes suspended. Now I have to see this neurologist for another two years because of this , and this being MVC’s policy . A total of four years now with this doctor and I always have to worry about my important paperwork being sent off on time . One time I gave the office at least a 40 days notice and still had to go in to the office to have them fax the important paperwork in front of me . Because at this point I can’t continue going...
