Horrible customer service. Heaven forbid the person assisting you should put end their personal call and put down their cell phone to look for your package. I called to ask them to please check for my missing package before I have to file a claim, and the gentleman who answered the phone said file a claim. We don't have it. WOW! Could he not even have pretended to check?

I thought having my packages shipped here would be an answer to my problems (no fear of porch pirates) but apparently I was wrong.

Or perhaps I just expect to much from a business and...

1 star is being too nice. I got my screen fixed from these people a while back and since then my screen has been shutting off randomly, the GPS has a hard time updating my location at the time of usage, and the screen has blacked out while the phone remained on. I will NEVER go here again to get my screen fixed. I'll stick to the Apple Store; it might be way more efficient...
