I've been coming here for a while now. I bought my first vape here back in July of 2023. The staff is amazing. They always greet me with a smile and are very helpful. They have taught me a lot and are very knowledgeable about vaping vs cigarettes. And trust me, I didn't know much. I'd been told how horrible vaping was for a long time. After talking with Dave I learned that vaping is less harmful than cigarettes chemically. We also discussed "Popcorn lung" which was caused by one company when vaping started. He educated me on the different kinds of juices there are and which ones are safer. He told me to always check to see if it says (PG/VG), these are the safest. Made with natural food oils. I've smoked cigarettes for 37 years. I'm now down to 9 to 10 cigarettes a day because I've switched to vaping. I actually can't stand the smell or taste anymore. I'm reaching for my vape more and more. I then plan on decreasing the level of nicotine in my vape. I can already tell the difference. Eventually the plan is to vape at zero nicotine and then stop. I can't believe how much cheaper it is to. I'm saving a lot of money!!...

We bought a Vape kit with two batteries. One of the batteries would not hold a charge. I called and the guy that answered the phone told me to come in and he would swap the battery out. I let him know that we tried charging it on two different devices and it didn’t work he said it was no problem. Then when we came in he hooked it up to a charger and then argued with us and wouldn’t exchange it. Finally before we walked out he exchanged the battery after arguing with us for sometime. I LOVE this shop and I won’t go anywhere else. I used to drive 45 minutes to come here and then I moved down the road from them. Been coming here religiously for 3 years. They have the BEST team and the BEST selection. They’re ALL genuinely nice. They try to help you with any problems you have (I tend to have a lot and I’m a quirky caper😂🤭🫠). They know me by name at this point, always greet me when I walk in and always give their best options for me when something I use isn’t available at the time.
